Thought I'd give this deck a try. Third game my Burgle gave me 2 Gromm's. Pretty funny.

Na my history in this game has always been. 1 dmg short of lethal or clearing a minion. Or the other guy top decking the exact card he needs. Mage played 5 arcane missiles cards think 3 with sp on board. Every single missilele hits my minions not one dmg to the face. That's just a normal day of HS for me

Why does it take 45 losses for you to figure out this deck is not for you?

Because I don't take games built on random luck all that serious. Dont get me wrong I love the gane,  I just get a kick out how bad my luck is. It doesn't matter what deck I play. I have had countless hunter turns of  turn 6&7 savannah highmane turn 8&9 cotw and have had the opponent clear the board on each turn. I'm not bitching about this deck so chill ;) 

no Leeroy?  there's double cold bloods there and some burgled cards combo'd can win the game in a massive burst.

can replace thalnos?

Good old discussion. Actually you need both the cheap card draw as well as spell damage in one card.
So the short answer is: there is no replacement

From experience maybe go rather for card draw as in: Loot Hoarder, Novice Engineer

It's playable. You just have to compromise. Replacing Bloodmage Thalnos means one minion that gives less additional spell power or if you go for the spell damage replacement less card draw.

It's a bit weaker but you can compare it to games where you run thalnos but don't get to pick him from your deck.
After all you got 30 cards in your deck. In most games you don't even finish with 0 cards left to draw from.

Or in other cases if you play thalnos for the card draw on an empty board but not to deal extra damage in combination with a spell to remove something. Then its actually almost the same as loot hoarder.

Take for instance the situation: It's turn 2. the enemy has no minions you play Bloodmage Thalnos or Loot Hoarder. The enemy lets say hunter is on his turn 3 and plays animal companion and gets a Misha on his side of the board, which is a pretty strong card you want to remove. Now on your hand you have Backstab and can remove it with 3 spell damage by thalnos' plus the 1 attack damage. The same would go with loot hoarder: 2 dmg from backstab + 2 damage from the loot hoarder.

In both situation you end up removing Misha, draw a card and have 3 mana left to play whatever you want.

Awesome deck. I was trying Kripp's version with NZoth, but this is better because you are actually aiming to finish the game. With no healing, you can't just have a deck that waits around forever you need win conditions.

im looking forward to the guide, because i clearly dont know how to play this deck. I'm not bad at this game, but i went on a 6 game losing streak with this at rank 18, lol -_-

not sure if i'm just unlucky or if i'm missing something important. i'm kind of playing it like i would other tempo decks but i must be fucking it up somewhere. its a really fun concept so i'd love to learn how to play it properly!

well i'll give that a shot and hopefully with practice i'll get used to it. I'll check out a VOD of him playing it too, thanks for the advice!

Replacements for Edwin? I'm a new HS player, have mostly cards but not Edwin and its a long road to 1.600 dust to craft him.. :(
