I beat the boss on my 2nd attempt with this deck. First you fight a lady orc who has a 2 mana hero power that summons a 3/3 with charge, and she likes to go face with her weapons. The idea is to secure the board early with OP paladin cards such as Shielded Minibot, Muster for Battle, and Truesilver Champion then play mid game minions Piloted Shredder and Sludge Belcher to stall. There are a lot of healing mechanics in the deck so just keep stalling by keeping the lady orc on 1 hp (she won't kill your minions with her weapon when she is too low) until you draw Kel'Thuzad and N'Zoth, the Corruptor. IMPORTANT: Do not play these two minions until you have defeated the lady orc, because once Malchezaar comes out he casts Twisting Nether on your board.
If you still have Tirion Fordring at this point, play him and a Wild Pyromancer. Next turn you can play Equality followed up by Kel'Thuzad and get infinite Tirion Fordrings so you can keep trading in for the enemy 6/6 demons. If Tirion Fordring already died, drop N'Zoth, the Corruptor followed by Kel'Thuzad. If you play correctly from this point on you will win the game.
This deck is all about saving your resources until the time is right, and stalling with your taunts and heals until you have drawn your combo pieces. If not, Malchezaar will wreck you once he comes out. This deck does not utilize Medivh's staff very much, but it is an effective strategy and the best way I could think of.
Edit: Thanks for the replies everyone, I think the deck is just about as strong as it can get now. It takes good decision making to use it properly, but if you are struggling just keep restarting until you get good draws. If you are missing a lot of cards then it probably won't work, but if you are missing just a few here are some replacements.
Your deck doesn't work. Now the ai doesn't matter to kill Tirion with kel'thuzad on the game and giving me lethal.
it works but i made a few changes i think it easyer with more taunts like -2x shredder +2 senjin and -1 muster -ragnaros +2x sunwalker thats how i did it
Senjin and sunwalker work very well too, the reason I prefer shredders is that senjin can be killed by arcanite reaper, execute, and mortal strike in one shot while shredder is more sticky. Instead of loading up with many taunts my strategy is to use more powerful minions to get board control, then use all my healing to keep healthy while I get hit in the face with weapons.
Didn't have Kel'Thuzad, Muster for Battle, Dr. Boom or a second Forbidden healing.
I added 2x Humility, 2x Stampeding Kodo, Cairne, 2x Consecration, and even Prince Malchezaar (Because I wanted to try it. Not recommended) and I somehow forgot the Truesilvers. BUT I got it first try regardless! Didn't even need an insane N'Zoth for it (Think I just got a Stalaag (from the Prince, a Sludge Belcher and a Piloted Shredder).
Even though I didn't run the exact same list (due to me missing these cards) I still thank you for the inspiration! Turns out a heavy control paladin is the key :D
EHRMEHRGEWD Bro! Worked for me 2nd try! Thanks a lot!

After some good draw on curve it sure works - subbed 1 LoH and Forbbidon healing for 2 ivory Knights - they curve so well and keep the survival going in phase 1 so wonderfully
Thank you so much for posting this! I've been trying to beat that boss all afternoon and this deck got me the win on my first attempt with it!
It is absolutely crucial to make try and have Tirion, N'Zoth, Kelthuzard, and either equality + consecration or equality + wild pyromancer in your hand when you get to Malchezaar. I was able to get board control with Kelthuzard and Tirion but be aware he does have Siphon Soul which is what dropped my Kel. If this happens just drop N'Zoth and keep plugging away at him.
Good luck everyone!
thanks, worked first try with lucky draws :)
Sick Deck. Lost about 20 tries with Druid variations then beat it first try after looking at your list/guide.
My list was minus 1x Forbidden Healing, Ragnaros Lightlord, and 1x Lay on Hands.. Subbed for 1x Ivory Knight, 1x(More) Consecrate, and Eadric the Pure.
I never even drew the Forbidden Healing or Ivory Knight.
Game went; Minibot, Muster, Shredder, Belcher, Harrison.. Stalled one more turn then activated the Second Phase. (I was at 8 health)
Second Phase I played Tirion with his 2x 6/6 Minions on board.. He didn't attack and filled the board. I Equality/Consecrate and cleared, leaving me Tirion (still with Divine Shield) and 2 minions summoned from the staff. Next turn I cleared his board with minions and played Lay on Hands which summoned Anomalus from the Staff (LOL!), into following turn Kel'Thuzad, then following turn Eadric so his minions were no threat and could go face, into next turn lethal.
A++
Fantastic deck - took a while but nailed it. Subbed out 2 Ivory Knights for 2 LoHs, and 1 Consecration for Harrison.
