Hi Everyone,

I want to share my deck with you. I managed to hit legend on Wild with it for the first time ( I am playing HS for only 8-9 months so far and don't play very often). Stats 70:45 (61%) from rank 5 to legend. It seems there are not much rogues in the wild meta so this deck may be useful if you want to play rogue. Any suggestions for improvement are appreciated. For all the games so far since rank 5 I only saw one MIracle rogue (but not sure he hit the legend with it) and one rattle rogue with Bran. Edit: OK, for several days playing legendary, saw 2-3 more rogues  ranks 1-4.

Mulligan:  Abusive Sergeant (if first or if you have an egg), Swashburglar(if first, always. If second, depending on the other cards), Loot Hoarder, Haunted Creeper, Undercity Huckster, Nerubian Egg, Unearthed Raptor, Backstab (vs everything but control warrior).

Sometimes Fan of Knives can be kept vs Paladin depending on the other starting cards.

Best matchups:

Tempo mage, Zoo warlock (aggro version without 7+ drops)

Good matchups:

Secret Paladin, Slow Hunters

Bad matchups:

N'Zoth Priest (especially if bad draw), Patron warrior

Worst matchup:

Aggro shaman

Strategy:

You try to establish board on the first few turns without taking too much damage. Any 1/3  drop can be backstabbed+hero power. hero power + Backstab works great against Shielded Minibot too. Your main target is to copy the deathrattle of one of your 2 drops to Unearthed Raptor

Some aggro decks create problems in the early turns.  Antique Healbot is in this deck to help against aggro decks and Frost mages.

Knowing your opponents is essential for winning. E.g. if you don't remove the minions of the Zoo warlock, it's quite likely to lose. If you play too many minions on board against priest, it's quite likely they to be cleaned up & you to not have enough cards in hand.

N'Zoth is very slow but is the only hope when the game goes long. Games vs  Priests, Control warriors or Murloc/N'Zoth paladins are usually decided by having or not N'Zoth in hand.

I often replace cards to try to adjust to the meta. For example, if I face mostly aggro decks, swap Sylvanas/Loatheb for Deadly Poison/Shadow Strike.

I tried also Bloodmage Thalnos. It's not a good drop to play on turn 2 because of the 1/1 body so doesn't fit perfectly for combination with the Raptor. Still, found it very useful at later stages of the game for combination with spells and card draw.

Swashburglar from Karazhan looks like very good card, I am experimenting with it. Barnes on the other hand does not fit very good.

Edit Aug 31: +1 Swashburglar , -1 Eater of Secrets

It seems the legendary meta is hard for me. If first, the deck seems to be running out of cards very fast. Swashburglar is excellent start & helps with this issue. The deck works well vs secret classes even without Eater of Secrets. Legendary N'Zoth priests are really tough if you don't have enough cards so moving them to bad matchups.

Recently I score better results versus Patron Warriors, moving them from worst to bad matchups. Sylvanas on turn 6+early pressure on them do the trick. "My blade be thirsty" Frothing Berserker has to be removed as soon as possible even at the cost of some face damage.

Aggro shamans are now moved to worst matchup, hard to draw the proper cards to counter them. May be one Acidic Swamp Ooze can help against that damned Doomhammer. Noticed the Ooze & Harisson become very popular if there are lots of shamans :)

Last Edit Aug 31: -1 Abusive Sergeant, -1 Nerubian Egg, +1Bloodmage Thalnos, +1 Loot Hoarder Saw this in another rattle rogue deck and decided to try. Works amazing! Fixed card draw issues, now everything looks a lot easier. I finally feel the deck is complete but there is not enough time till the end of season. Will enjoy it next month.
