Mulligan: inner fire

In your first turn use inner fire on dorothee making her 10/10 and use her to damage crone

in next turns try to place minion with min. 2 attack and big amount of health on right of dorothee to have taunt

you can change minions to basic but they must be 6 mana or less, because crone's twisting nether will kill dorothee ( and you) in 8 turn
