Trying this deck out now that Onyx Bishop is available. Was on a win streak from Rank 15 to 10 right now, but I've stalled out at rank 10 so I'm making some changes (good-bye Azure Drake and Kodorider. Hello Silence, Barnes, and an Arcane Giant)

Mulligan for Holy Smite, Resurrect, Injured Blademaster and Shadow Word:Pain. You can also keep a 4 drop if you have the coin (to be played on turn 3).

Generally you won't play any minions on turns one or two (unless you have coin and Blademaster).  But things start to snowball on turns 4-5-6 depending on your resurrects.

Forbidden Shaping is best played with 8 mana, although it can be used earlier if you absolutely need it.

We'll see if these changes help me rank up some more.

Update 7/23/2016

I've made some more changes so that Priest of the Feast can shine. Lots of early removal and very few low-cost minions mean resurrect almost always works in your favor. On turns 3 and 4 try to play injured blademaster or priest of the feast as those two minions are the best for resurrect early on.

Yogg is in there for board clear since Holy Nova doesn't always cut it. But unless you are facing a very fast agro deck, this holds its own against most other decks.

Update 9/23/16

I removed a thoughsteal and both shifting shades for Holy Champions and a Circle of Healing. I like the combo potential and it does well against all sorts of decks (hardest matchups are aggressive agro decks). I'm still keeping Yogg in here as he still is working for me even after his nerf. If his performance starts to tank, I'll take him out and probably add Nefarian or another Arcane Giant.
