This deck is horrible for him.

How it works

Rafaam will flood his hand pretty quickly because he goes second. Its likely he will draw high cost stuff from his hero power, and he is unable to play minions early game. If he have a full hand, he cannot draw from his hero power. If Rafaam somehow plays Starving Buzzard and Ball of Spiders next turn, he will definitely have a full hand. Same for Coldlight Oracle, which draws you cards. Why Hunter is because I was using Priest (wtf) to play but i can't finish Rafaam off so I use Hunter. 

As the deck given contains jeweled scarab, use it to discover something good like Deadly Shot.
