It was a joke obviously/ a meme. I think I'm done talking to a person like you. Poor thing.
What the heck?? This is the list that has been around for several months! Nothing new here, why do people even upvote this?
Yes aggro shaman is completely meta shocker right now. With all those warriors around, shaman gets shocked so easily. Thanks for providing us ppl to shock
Woah!! It looks like the Aggro Shaman deck that everyone else is using and posting while calling it their own creation!
This is literally just the pre standard Face Shaman deck with - 2x Crackle, + 1 Lightning Storm and + Knife Juggler..
Crackle would be better. He just replaced the card that rotated out...
If have never seen the Ancient One so far ;)
It's shockinly equal to all other aggro shamans.
wow, so innovative - pre-standard braindead shaman w/o crackles Kreygasm
Are you aware it's exactly pre-Standard Aggro shaman?
Crackleout, +1 Lightning Storm +1 Flame Juggler
Yo, I made a video about this shocking deck. It works and it works nicely, the only thing that you have to know to win with this deck is the weaknesses of top tier decks such as dragon warrior and it becomes ez pz. Check out my video and leave a comment or two.
Do you always play in complete darkness?
I must be doing something wrong because I just keep getting destroyed by Control decks of any kind. Any advice on how to deal with that?
I don't know about control, but aggro decks like this basically get wrecked by every type of warrior. You can try and rush them down, but they actually have better mechanics for that. Here's a list of decks that will basically always crush you:
Not kidding. There's nothing you can do. If you don't get a ridiculous hand, or extremely lucky, those decks are just outright better. That's the risk you run from going straight aggro. I'm 50% at rank 12 right now, mostly due to all of the warriors I keep running into. It's pretty irritating.
To a degree, yes. Yet when a C'thun warrior throws down Twin Emperor Vek'lor right when you have lethal on board, it can swing the game completely. I just played such a game, actually. I had him down to 6 health by round 7, and of course he played Twin Emps, because of course he had it on curve. Only two Lava Bursts I was saving for later won the game.
Clearly you can't count on that happening regularly. :)
That was after several value trades to prevent him from killing higher damage minions on his turn. Or hitting a minion with Doomhammer instead of his face. Clearly not as much board control as you'd typically see in Zoo, but enough to maximize damage and board presence. I mean, I did remove two consecutive C'Thun's Chosen to save my minions, and the warrior curved out perfectly and lost anyway. But I have to admit that I got lucky; in any other game, it could have easily gone the other way.
I just want to emphasize I'm not saying this deck is bad. That would be silly, since it's basically just a typical Aggro Shaman. Unfortunately for aggro, control-style decks definitely have a vulnerability window, and if you miss it, you basically can't win. That's how the ladder stays balanced, really. On average, those warrior decks I listed are a bad matchup.
I know what you mean. I've had the most trouble versus Warrior, which, apparently, is just the thing with Warriors right now (maybe ever, according to all the Reddit posts I see).
That being said, I've gone from 20 to 14 with this deck after I finally figured out how to play it properly. So, if I'm not getting shafted by Warrior or a ludicrous control deck, I'm winning more than I'm losing.
I hope you continue to climb!!
Thanks for the deck and the advice! While I still have trouble against some control decks (mainly Warrior), I've played it enough to learn when to face or trade. As I mentioned to BonesMoses below, I've gone from level 20 to 14 relatively quickly, so I've really enjoyed the deck.
Thanks again!
What can I take out to make room for Leeroy Jenkins?
You're right. The 2 Lava Burst do the job just fine
I really like the addition of [card]Ancestral Knowledge [/card] it made me win more with agrro decks, very nice deck.
