what do you think about dark bargain? in my opinion it could be good in this deck

Hey ho,

What cards are you currently playing instead of the Malch Imp? I swapped him with the Possessed Villagers and in my test games I had some mixed (but still positive winrate) results. If you are hitting golden with the deck you will just crush your opponent, but a bad discard (or rather not the right discard) might change the course of a game a lot. Here are three games I played today (overall 7 with 4-3 stats): VOD ranked

So I finally built and tried it out. I did a test run and had a really nice streak until I ran into nothing but Druids and Warriors then hit a streak in the opposite direction. Wrath/Fiery War Axe usually killed my early game plays then lots of big taunts and board clears like Swipe or Brawl screwed me over big time. Versus one C'Thun Druid I got lucky and pulled 2 PO's from the Peddlers and was able to beat him just barely. Versus the other classes it appears to be more favorable. Totally slaughtered a number of Hunters and Mages(except one Freeze Mage), and went about 50/50 with Shaman depending if they had Lightning Storm in their list and pulled it.

If anyone has any tips on how to play this deck versus Warrior and Druids please let me know. Overall, I really like this deck though! It should only get better once the final wing is released for Karazhan and we get Malchezaar's Imp so I'll be playing and experimenting a bit with this deck as well. Cheers!

EDIT: Perhaps adding one copy of Dark Bargain might work? Or perhaps even a Demonfire since this deck has a number of Demons in it.

I swapped out the Dire Wolf Alpha for a Void Terror and it works pretty good. Great example would be a game I just played against a Hunter where on turn 4 I had only a Dark Peddler on the board. So I buffed him with Abusive Sergeant and place the Void Terror in between and got a nice 9/5 out of it on turn 4. The following turn I played the Doomguard which also brought out a Silverware Golem. The guy rage quit out of the client after that haha...

11-1 so far. From rank 14 to rank 10. Luckily i didn't meet any control decks like c'thun ones or any priest ones. I expect much lower winrate at ranks lesser than 10. Will see :)

Is defender of argus really the best card for the slot? At what rank are you having success with this?

 People who are saying it will be super weak is prolly wrong.

This is basicly U/G Madness from Magic the Gathering and it was very powerfull in the start. No matter how puny the discard minion is it is still extremely strong tempoing out a free minion.

Maybe this wont be the variant but there will be atleast one good one.

Interesting. I just played someone using this deck and lost by 1 hp lol... It looks fun. What are you replacing Malchezaar's Imp with until it's released in the final wing?

I personally think that Darkshire Councilman and Forbidden Ritual are really an include. I would substitute Argent Squire and Defender of Argus. If the deck needs more protection then I would substitute Flame Imps with Void Walkers.

Darkshire Councilman is only for decks that can drop more than 3 minons per turn. This deck wants you to have as little of a hand as possible so you can make use of both Fist of Jaraxxus and Silverware Golem, that means no Forbidden Ritual which is a late game card. Defender of Argus is needed because of the high value deathrattles and high health minons. 2 Void walkers are already in the deck.

If you describe "successful" through winrate, I can't quantify that for you so I can't say if that old deck was truly successful or not, but if I had a deck that was featured in a deck spotlight, I think I would consider my deck a success.

As for this deck, I don't know if Snuxi just threw random discard cards together or not and I don't know if it will work in any way whatsoever, but I'd like a to a play a discard deck just to try it out and this seems like a good start.  I'm not saying Snuxi is inspired or unique, but even something uninspired can be a starting point from which to build on and I'm willing to try it out.

If it sucks, don't worry because you'll just get some free wins from scrubs like me, #amirite ;)

Aggro decks usually arent fun for me if i play with them for long, but i´ll give this deck a try (especially since warlock is my fav class).

However I think its too gimmicky as it is now, just like most decks are when theres a new expansion/adventure. For example I think Fist of Jaraxxus isnt good enough, because if you´re lucky you deal 4 random dmg (which isnt that great). If you aren´t, its basically a dead card. A second candidate i dont really trust is Succubus.

It could be replaced by zoo cards that proved themelves to be top in aggro/tempo. Like Forbidden Ritual or Power Overwhelming.

If this deck, or any with this gimmick will be top, second or only even third tier, it will probably the most hated deck in the meta, since its very aggro and requires luck to discard the right cards. On the other side it could be fun to watch it fail :P
