This is a record of what i used to beat giantfin. It is not optimised as i won on the second try with it. 

 

Basically try to fill giantfin's side with 1 attack minions. Use the shieldbearer with inner fire to stop attacks getting through to your hero. keep healing the shield bearer and build up your board.
