This is the deck i used to hit rank 4 with a streak from rank 15. I just lost 4-5 times. It felt like the deck has different answers for every different opponent so i wanted to share it.
Against aggro decks you got so many early minions and Feral Spirit. Just go #YOLO against aggro decks and keep doing value trades. Once you evolve your minions things get so much easier.
Against control decks you have ability to reduce cost of minions in your hand, so you can keep the board half full. The biggest issue that you have to manage carrefully is the Brawl. You must do trades and keep his board empty but you shouldnt go #YOLO before your opponent plays at least one copy of Brawl. You can easily bait it with your little totems and one or two good minions. Then you can play your reduced cost minions and go #YOLO.
Card comments&replacements:
Evolve: Instead of this deck, go and play CS:GO
Primal Fusion: Flametongue Totem. They do almost the same thing, your choice.
Rockbiter Weapon: Has a good synergy with Doomhammer and its pretty good to clear 2mana 3 health drops
Jeweled Scarab: It sounds stupid however this is the MVP in this deck. Shaman has too many situational 3 mana spells like Hex against a big minion or Lightning Storm against zoo decks or Healing Wave against aggro decks. Also when it is evolved it becomes a 4 mana minion which brings a huge tempo to your board. Never underestimate the power of Jeweled Scarab.
Tunnel Trogg: Can be replaced by Argent Squire however against aggro decks Tunnel Trogg is much better
Totem Golem: 3/4 minion for 2 mana? U still need an explanation?
Feral Spirit: Double 2/3 TAUNTs for 3 mana? Jesus.
Hex: An enemy C'Thun or Sylvanas Windrunner which becomes a frogg. Any better satisfaction?
Lightning Storm: You have to play this card against zoo lock. Then u will understand its deep meaning.
Tuskarr Totemic: 3/2 minion + a hero power totem for 3 mana? Not bad. 3/2 and 3/4 minion for 3 mana?!?!?!!? JESUS.
Master of Evolution: Can be replaced by a golden Master of Evolution
Doomhammer: Some games get so slow and your opponent clears whatever you play one you lose the control of the board. I play one copy of Doomhammer to end those games with a potential Rockbiter Weapon combo
Bloodlust: If you have 3 or 4 minions, it is quite good, if you have 5 or more minions its deadly. One copy is quite enough.
Thunder Bluff Valiant: This deck heavily depends on totems and one copy fits well.
Fire Elemental: Pretty good minion. One copy can be replaced by a Sylvanas Windrunner
Nerubian Prophet: Pretty good against slow decks. It is a 6 mana minion which turns into a 7 mana minion with evolve. Key target for the evolve along with Jeweled Scarab
Thing from Below: A better version of Nerubian Prophet. It is good against slow decks, it is way too good against aggro decks. Its cost also decreases even while it is not in your hand. It feels really good to draw a 0 cost 5/5 taunt when playing against an aggro deck.
Play Strategy: #YOLO
With a single exception for Warrior, you can go #YOLO if you have Evolve. Against warrior, dont play Nerubian Prophet&Thing from Below and keep baiting him to play brawl. When he plays brawl you can play these two for low costs and evolve. He will regret playing that brawl. If he plays another brawl, that means your opponent is a f***ing lucky b****rd. So you must start not pushing end turn button. Play your cards and let it wait with you. His luck may beat you however it takes at least 10 minutes.
I know there was so similar decks, however i havent seen any evolve shaman recently in the ladder. I tried, it works pretty good and i wanted to just remind you there are still different good decks. Im so bored of seeing the same decks.
I appreciate your upvote if you like the deck&guide
This deck flops terribly without card draw, you won't be making it past Rank 4 or whatever.
I admit, I'm only playing mostly on 15 to 10 ranks, but having a blast with this deck. So far 4-0, so not a big enough sample, but man... So much fun! :)
What do u think about Nerubian Prophet?
Hm, maybe this deck was strong 2 weeks ago, but now it just gets wrecked by everything i face on EU(rank 14, hitting rank 5 most of the time but couldnt start laddering earlier as i had exams so no im not a retard who doesnt know how to play this deck).
This deck really CAN be fun, but you run out of cards pretty early most the time and just cant keep up against lots of removals or aoes.
Maybe if you are someone with godlike RNG you win 60+% of your games but thats not who i am. FeelsBadMan
As Shaman this is true for any deck. You want >60% win rate? Who are you? Not even European champion has that
I tested out the deck isn't bad just need to play everything right. Played against a friend who's playing mid range shaman
Thank you. This is the most fun I've had WINNING in a while!
To the ones who show hatred to this deck. I played this deck for 15 games and finished with 11-4 wins. The 4 games wErde against some topdecking a**holes which desttoyed my comBo. Apart from those 4 guys I won 11 tines with preeety funny endings and was even able to beat Heroic Archaedas with an alterate version of this deck. This deck is ofcourse insanely RNG based, but lets be honest, the whole game is based on 80% RNG. (Best example the Rank Yogg Driud got this week in the metasnapshot: 3rd Place) anf I mean the game is all about haVing fun, not trying to get legend Rank, because some one thinks this is his goal in life. Instead of shitposting this deck and making it look as the most idiotic deck ever, try for a moment and you will see that it isn't that far fedged from the current meta and that it really is game winning.
Hope I was able to show you all that this deck deserves to be tried ou and I am sure it won't dissapint anyone. Sorry for the grammatical or spelling mistales. I am writing on my phone and there it is quite complocated to write.
You played on US didn't you?
For 13 hours when I started plaYing HS 1 and a half ago, then changed on EU because I live in Europe and was beneficial for me a use I had frieND with whom I could play. So yeah but sort of.
So i can't say that I am really familiar with the US Part. And that also means that I plaeyd this deck in EU.
Why do this?
" So you must start not pushing end turn button. Play your cards and let it wait with you. His luck may beat you however it takes at least 10 minutes. "
this is just stupid and you encourage people to do this. just accept you lose moron.
It's a joke you bigot
Not sure about this deck. Too many cards that are worth more than their drop cost (because of overload). You would never want to evolve Totem Golem, Feral Spirit, Flametoungue or Mana Tide Totem from Tuskarr, or Thunderbluff. I understand the logic with Thing from Below and Nerubian Prophet, but those aren't played until late game anyway, and you can still play better 5 and 6 drops. Especially Thing from Below, the taunt it nice.
If your "Totem Golem, Feral Spirit, Flametoungue or Mana Tide Totem" are 1 health, you evolve or die. However it depends on the situation. If Tuskar totemic gave me Flametongue, I would have beat golden hero with golden legendaries guy. 2 off leathal
have you even tried out this deck? try it out and you will understand. its for the value. 3/4 kills a 3/3 for example and you evolve to get minion with new health and plus a 3 mana minion is mostly around 3/3 so why worry? only if you really unlucky then you might get a 2/1 3mana minion but other than that, evolving is often to get the value out of trading and in hopes of getting a better minion. so far i played 8 games and won all 8 before turn 10. so try it out man. before you say they are not worth evolving.
Hi Folks,
2 games featured, a Zoo warlock and Ramp druid. Its certainly an interesting deck, I went 6-2 with it and my loses were mostly due to being chased off the board and/or no card draw. I would seriously recommend dropping x1 evolve for a mana spring, it definitely has potential though :)
"Master of Evolution: Can be replaced by a golden Master of Evolution" :D
