Really, your deck was interesting me caus you said it was a new archetype... but i dont think this is The new archetype... It's an OTK Tempo ? Its really difficult to do well with tempo (when i played, i could'nt use all the mana on my turns, really not). There is only one card with potential draw and four others that are just cycling the deck.. I don't think it's suffisant for an OTK deck (and with the missing draw you play cards like twilight drake ..?) i don't know what you're searching with finley aswell.

If you want to create an OTK deck, caus' here it is your win condition, you MUST have more card draw or your opponent will draw his win condition first. And its really important to have more options in your hand for a tempo deck. 

So, i think you have to choose between OTK and Tempo (But maybe im wrong) ; and for both you MUST :

-add more card draw (not just cycling cards). The acolyte, to be good it has to get 2 cards not just 1 and for this you can add pyromencer and clerc wich are good draw combos for priest and good aswell against zoo and their 1 or 2 health army. 

- add removels ; you can't pressure the enemy if you always trade your minions... and after come the late game to do your OTK combo, but if you cant defeat late game minions, you can be sure, you won't have the time to do your combo.

with standard mode we lost Malylock (warlock OTK dragon) and it was a really interesting deck (if you look at it, it can possibly give you some inspiration (dont forget card draws, malylock was really good caus it has card draw for 2 mana each turn so we use to have more place in the deck to add cards with hard pressure, not the priest)

Just to say it, Blizzard doesn't like OTK decks, that's why they have nerf the arcanic golem (and destroyed malylock), so when he was talking about an archetype non explored yet, I dont think he was talking about an OTK deck (which is an old priest archetype)

Velen was too slow before this deck, and he is still way too slow.

Did you guys ever stop and think that maybe he was full of it and that there is no "hidden" Priest deck? Some classes just are weak at certain times, and Priest is the worst in the game right now. Zero professional Hearthstone players are bringing Priest to tournaments for a reason. There isn't an unknown archetype, we can see all of the cards and they suck.

This is a deck which is very good and competitive

It's literally the start of the third sentence. Did you bother reading the guide or just come to comments to argue with people?

When a deck is considered very good and competitive, it better be actually competitive. This deck is not. It beats a few matchups when you catch them off guard.

Is dragon priest decent? Sure, but if you don't get perfect early draws by turn 5, you are basically in the dumpster. Other classes can at least hang around. And your only tempo swings are prophet Velen if you drop Thaur while it's in hand to combo with embrace, flash heal, and mind blast on turn 8.

So you need

Turn 6 emp (With Velen, embrace, flash heal, mind blast in hand)

Turn 7 chill 

Turn 8 Velen combo

If they dropped any minions on turn 7 after killing chill, your Velen is instantly dead, especially if they have removal, which most classes have now.

Velen is the biggest joke of this deck. It has like 1-2 cards that it is good with at like turn 9. 8 if you drop emp on turn 6/7 and have those 3 other cards in hand.

One did, Heisnotaxel brought a priest deck. His deck is so far the best one that can work.

I didn't know about that, thanks. But still, not a "hidden" archetype just N'Zoth Priest.

Have you tried this deck with Alexstrasza?

If so what were your results?

In the current meta, a 3/2 that can't be frostbolted after a turn 1 mana wyrm or that can challenge tunnel without being lighning bolted trogg is very impactful.

If you want to make tempo priest , you should cut the combo with velen,because you lose tempo when you're trying to gather all pieces or just some of them

took out one abusive, put in ysera.  she's just too good

Great deck! I've tried my own take on Velen combo deck, focused on this combo more. I'll be glad if you check it.

He's right IMO, dragons and velen combo  don't make a new meta deck 

I would rather focus on draw than dragons if you want to play velen

Sorry but this deck just seems to me like a control dragon combo priest with 3 draws 

Maly for sure, it's a great card for this deck as well
