N'Zoth Hunter
My first time I've ever hit legend came with this deck grinding from Rank25 to Legend (Wild). I won 6 straight matches to reach this point and there's no looking back! Beats every deck decisively, having its only weak matchup with Zoo, and you can still win with a nicely timed Unleash the Hounds.

Gameplan
Mulligan for a strong curve to effectively play out your minions and leech value from it's strong Deathrattle effects to create huge tempo swings.
Turns 1-4: Establish some sort of board and make value trades
Turns 5-8: Use your reach cards to end the game by either making good trades or using your minions to go face to put your opponent on a timer. (i.e Savannah Highmane, Call of the Wild, etc.)
Turn 10: If it lasts this long, try to end the game fast or play a N'Zoth to end the game vs. almost any deck. Value your hero power to put your opponent under pressure while getting the most value out of your cards.
If you have a good curve, you can beat any deck guaranteed. :)
Card Replacements
I am putting down generic replacements for expensive cards or some just not worth crafting. If you have any other questions about this, please ask me and I will put it on this list.
Snake Trap - Freezing Trap x2>Explosive Trap
Eater of Secrets - Flare>Kezan Mystic/Piloted Shredder 1/3/17 EDIT - Removed due to the fact that Pirate Warrior/Priest has run rampant on ladder
*Dr. Boom - Loatheb>Piloted Shredder>Call of the Wild
*N'Zoth, the Corruptor - Call of the Wild>Loatheb
*By changing these cards, you are changing the playstyle and certain win conditions of the deck. Reconsider crafting them as they are useful in tons of decks. Dr. Boom is the best legendary in the entire game (although now limited to Wild). If you plan on playing Wild, craft him immediately. N'Zoth fits in many decks, Wild and Standard. It's also one of the most devastating cards to play against control decks, and almost always played on Turn 10 because this deck utilizes so many Deathrattle effects. Although it slows down the deck dramatically, it is a huge tempo swing and guaranteed win if you land it against any deck (if you aren't being pressured by lethal, of course).
*9/10: The expansion's finally here! And I think after tinkering the deck for the best possible outcome, I have finally finalized the deck; legend-ready! Test out the deck yourself, it is the strongest deck in Wild right now in my opinion ;)!
*12/21: MSG IS OUT! Rat Pack is clearly better than Infested Wolf, and Houndmasters are thus better so two have been added to the deck. Call of the Wild's nerf has proven to be a big deal and have been cut :(
*1/3: Rat Pack has shown to be not as powerful as previously thought in this deck; Houndmaster is its only way to become stronger and the body as it is, is too low in tempo to play too many of. I suggest keeping one for a solid Houndmaster play on turn4, or simply replacing it with a Piloted Shredder or Haunted Creeper depending on how well you are able to curve out personally. Acidic Swamp Ooze is a tech card used to survive against Pirate Warrior, and works against other Midrange Hunters, and Paladins. At this stage of the meta, it is a great choice, but it really depends on what you are up against; swap it with a Haunted Creeper if you are not playing many weapon-centric decks. I added a Bear Trap for more consistent Mad Scientist drops and Eaglehorn Bow plays (the taunt ultimately pushed me to bring it in because of the Pirate Warriors!). Finally, Ragnaros the Firelord is used for an extremely solid Barnes drop and late game reach against Reno Mage and Renolock. Replacing Call of the Wild's in previous changes proved to be hurtful against slower decks, so Ragnaros the Firelord is a solid replacement. I am currently Rank16 starting the new season on my way to a high-Legend push! Watch out for additional stat updates and deck changes as time goes on! Happy 2017!
*2/21: More card changes as the meta becomes fairly stale. This deck will crush most decks past Rank5, as you find more RenoDecks.

Here are a few people that have shared their great success with this deck!
HeavyDron hitting Legend for the first time and getting Rank 22 with this deck (he thought it would be necessary to showcase that insane N'Zoth drop too haha)! That's amazing, congratulations!
For a "slow control-ish midrange" deck, I've sure been able to finish out a lot of games by turn 6-8! Love the list btw, thank you!
I can't stress how ridiculously strong this deck is actually! I realize it's a humble feat, but I've facerolled my way from 25 to 14 without losing a single game. I think the real strength of the deck lies in that it really has two win conditions. Just like in the standard variant of mid-range hunter, it's difficult for most opponents to keep up with the extremely strong on-curve drops, which is compounded by the fact that this list contains all of our favorite OP 2, 4, and 5 drops from Naxx (/s)! Boom on 7 into COTW on 8 is just disgusting. What's even better is following that up with another COTW on 9 and then N'Zoth on 10.
My only feedback is on the eater of secrets tech choice. I totally understand the value against secret pallies, but I just haven't encountered a single one since I started climbing. Most of the time it just sits dead in hand or will be a late game tempo drop just to curve out. Some possible options I've come up with to replace it are:
Crazed alchemist to deal with Doomsayers that the freeze mages I'll eventually be encountering in the higher ranks will be running.
Piloted shredder.
Princess Huhuran, though even in the more control-heavy wild meta, it might still be too slow to get any significant value out of.
Cairne or Sylvanas, for even more N'zoth value.
Explosive trap, but this list seems to do just fine against Zoo anyways.
Thoughts?
