Muligan: Try to get minions for your early game throw back anything higher than 3 mana cost, also throw back Abusive Sergeant's as they are a great top deck. Sometimes keep your juggler handy until you have baited out an AoE. You can have good early board pressure by re buffing divine shield on Squires or pop it on a golem, making great value trades. Try to save BoM for leeroy/commanders to finish off your opponet.
