Nzoth paladin, with some knife juggling and murlocs.

100% win rate at time of writing this (since I only played it once, haha)!

The curve looks ugly, but you use the hero power and playing multiple cards per turn to help with the gaps.

Basic idea is to use Paladin's best minions for early game.  Use healing and taunts to survive.  Use some of the best deathrattle minions, and bring them back with NZoth if the opponent makes it to your late game.

The murlocs are just enough to scare the opponent into using removal.  Plus, 1/3 is good for a 1 mana minion.  If you are lucky, you can get some synergy when you inspire the murloc knights and have a 2 murlocs pop out.

Rags and nZoth are the endgame.  Kel Thuzad is also great with the high-end deathrattle minions.
