She went 11-1 on stream (12.06) with this deck from rank 4 to 2.
I myself hit rank 4 from 9 with easy win streak.
Here's a VoD: https://www.twitch.tv/eloise_ailv/v/71992276
FWIW, this deck gets destroyed by C'Thun druid 9/10 times. YMMV, but given the volume of simpletons playing C'Thun druid... this isn't really a viable ladder deck. Well not a fast climber for a trip from 20 up right after a ladder reset, anyway.
I don't own and I don't like Xaril. Is it really worth crafting?
My only recommendation is -1 loot hoarder + thalnos.
any replacement for [card]Xaril, Poisoned Mind [/card]?
Why no Bladed Cultist? And why Argent Squire when the only buffs are Cold Blood and Sergeant?
im very curious about why is there no VanCleef and Thalnos?
I also don't have Xaril nor Leeroy, so I put in Conceal and Acidic Swamp Ooze. Conceal has been really good so far. Started good at rank 16, and now I'm at 14. It took only 6 games beacause I won every one of them. I lost 3 games in a row and thought that Ooze doesn't work. Ooze never even saw a weapon! So I chose to put in Wolfrider. Here's a tip: Don't overaggro at start. You need to have board control. Thanks for this fun deck though! Keep it real!

raptor and pillager are those whom you really should switch to. Though it becomes N'zoth deck more with them, I still think this deck runs so many deathrattles that i'm sure its a cheaper version of N'zoth, so these two cards still way better for agro-rogue than conceal and swamp. You might swap Xaril with raptor, as it helps you getting even more cards, you dont need pillager that much when you dont run Vancleef.
As I am a poor boy (From a poor family), what can I sub for Xaril? Already subbing rocketeer for Leeroy. It should be noted I am attempting this on a f2p account and have no adventures.
if ur poor boy go work))
Well first off, you shouldn't be playing rogue if you don't have league of explorers. Unearthed raptor and tomb pillaged are way too good to not have for rogue. And obviously, tomb pillager is the best replacement for Xaril. But otherwise I believe you can put in either evil heckler or south sea squid face. Probably the squid face is better, but I think they could both work in a pinch.
Dust poor and don't have Leroy. Any suggestions?
Reckless rocketeer
I built a list very similar to this one after watching a Noxious stream. His deck was filled with gimmicky things and I just switched those for real cards.
My list has 2 Sap, which I've found to be one of the strongest cards in this deck. I don't run Journey Below or Xaril, as I found those to be too slow. I have a Wolfrider and a Flame Juggler instead of those. I also experimented with one Stranglethorn Tiger instead of one Azure Drake, since I never seemed to run out of cards anyway, and the guaranteed target for Cold Blood has won me some games already. I also run Reckless Rocketeer instead of Leeroy, but that's just because I'm poor.
I'm 12-0 with this deck, up until rank 6. This deck is VERY good, and has potential to flood the ladder in the near future (although I hope not, as it will reduce its effectiveness). It's amazing how much reach you have with Cold Blood and Evis. This deck is supposed to be bad vs Control as far as I can analise, but I've been able to steal wins vs Warriors, Paladins and Priests simply because of the insane burst damage you have if you have good draws.
While Control and Zoo are our bad matchups with this deck, we should feast on aggro and midrange. It's good vs aggro because cards like Backstab, Si: 7 and Defias give you the board control in the beginning, which is usually what wins aggro vs aggro matchups. It's good vs midrange for the same reasons AND because Sap is extremely strong vs this type of deck.
I really believe in this deck and I'll try to develop it further, altough I don't have that many resources. One of the changes I'll try is Finley over Deadly poison.
Seeing as I'm poor and didn't have Xaril, I actually added in a tomb pillager and it seems to be working pretty well. Better stats, more overall damage, and it gives you a coin, which is awesome for a little extra reach and enabling combos. Maybe try to see how u like it?
Tomb Pillager works beautifully. I've been testing it around some slots, but it surelly won't leave my list anymore.
I wish I had more time to play this deck. I'm 20-4 with it so far, and I feel like a more refined version of this is only worse than Zoo and Aggro Shaman to climb the ladder with. There are still a bunch of cards I'd like to test before I'm ready to declare a final version.
Funny thing about my experience with this deck is: I'm yet to lose vs Zoo and Control, although they are supposed to be our worst matchups. My 4 losses were vs Mid Shaman (twice), Mid Hunter and Tempo Mage. Mid Hunter is almost always a free win, I just lost this one game due to extremely bad draws. I don't know about the Tempo Mage matchup , but it feels like a 50/50 one. Shaman is hard due to the 6 taunts they run (4 feral spirits and 2 thing from below) and the fact that you've got to save Sap for the 7/7. I'm 4-2 vs Shaman, though. But you've got to have a superior opening hand to win this matchup.
Care to show us what you're currently working with? From what you tell us, it is working out well.
could u post
I'd also be very interested to see what you've cooked up, as I feel this deck has so much potential, but I just don't have the knowledge to make it work myself.
