The deck is clearly strong against most decks at the moment such as Miracle Rogue, all kinds of Warriors (except Tempo which gives this deck a rough time), Aggro Shaman while it puts up a fight against Midrange Shaman,Zoolock and Midrange Hunter. Since most people are only running 2 board clears at most in the current meta, this deck's sticky minions and board-swarming are often too much for your opponents to handle. Your goal is to swarm the board and finish of your opponent with Savage Roar as soon as you pick it.

Mulligan
With and without The Coin the following cards are a must-keep:
Keep the following cards if you have the cards from above:
With coin you should keep the following cards:
Cards
Your first priority is Warlock's hero power Life Tap with which the deck becomes a Zoo!
Paladin's hero power Reinforce comes second offering you a stable 1/1 body.
Next is Shaman's hero power Totemic Call which provides you greater board control. The reason Paladin's more is because the deck is aggresive and you want to close out the game on turn 7-8 and that 1 damage matters.
Hunter's hero power Steady Shot is situational. It can work if you are pushing for that final bit of damage in the endgame.
Other than that, it has a the perfect body to buff with Mark of the Wild on turn 2.
You always have to go for the 2/2 slime which synergises well with Savage Roar as a finisher.
Depends on the state of the board. 2/5 early game to gain and preserve your board control, 5/2 when you have control of the board and threaten your opponent. It's the perfect target for Mark of the Wild and Mark of Y'Shaarj.
It offers the beast synergy while being a great finisher as a 4/4 charge. Because the meta is full of aggro shamans and hunters you mostly taunt up against them.
Replacements
Since Dragon Egg and Druid of the Flame are BrM cards people have been missing them and for this reason I recommend replacing them with sticky minions such as Bilefin Tidehunter and Abusive Sergeant/Dark Iron Dwarf which synergise well with Living Roots and Argent Squire.
Sir Finley Mrrgglton comes from the 3rd wing of League Of Explorers so people have been asking for a replacement. The deck is pretty successful even if you don't have Sir Finley Mrrgglton, despite that he makes the deck consistent. Honestly, there isn't a card that provides what he does, but there are so many cards that fit in the deck that I can't specifically tell you to add something in his place. You could try another Power of the Wild, Mounted Raptor, Bilefin Tidehunter, Fandral Staghelm, Gormok the Impaler and many more of your choice.
Updates
30/5: -1 Abusive Sergeant, -1 Bilefin Tidehunter, +1 Cult Master, +1 Soul of the Forest
Cult Master offers greater card draw and Soul of the Forest counters board clears.
4/6: -1 Mounted Raptor, +1 Addled Grizzly
Many people suggested this change and I tried it out myself which eventually I found successful. Addled Grizzly fits since your goal is to swarm the deck and your 1-drops become much more overpowered than they already are with the buffs you'll be giving them.
Videos of the deck
Give these guys your love! They all won every single game with the deck in high ranks, which proves how successful the deck is!
Thanks to kiwiinbacon!
Thanks to Khristophesaurus!
Thanks to Fur0!
Thanks to Matt_Sparks!
Great deck, went 4-0 with it on rank 4! Games are mostly very short and devastating :)
Ranked Gameplay
Try this, with Innervate you always be on curve.
If you have 2-3 minions on board, Innervate + Living Roots + Soul of the Forest í almost GG.
Innervate, IMO, is bad in aggressive/low-curve decks because it's the last card to want to topdeck in the late game. I played a lot of egg druid pre-wotog and innervate eventually was replaced by cards I was happier to see on turns 6 and above.
If you have Innervate from mulligan you can play 3 mana minions like Druid of the Flame, there is no counter to that on 1-2 turn.
If you have it later you can thow out all of your hand and combo with PotW and SotF.
This deck need to close the game before u run out of steam, so i dont think u need top deck, if you are you already lose.
Also Innervate + Nourish fill your hand and mantain the board and tempo.
Thoughts on Defender of Argus? It's a staple for previous Egg Decks right?
By turn 4 you really want to have the eggs buffed already and thats done by Dire Wolf Alpha and Mark of the Wild. Defender of Argus is pretty slow and there are many cheaper buffs.
Just tried on Rank 8, the win ratio is really horrible. This dick can't have the board control if you don't have the great card draw...
"This dick can't have the board control."
Kreygasm
yea man, its really horrible!!!!
i cant even survive at rank 12 with this deck
This deck relies on first few turns and cant afford any minion trade which makes Roar a dead card. In mid game, the minions are weak. And in late game, this deck cant out-topdeck any opponent. I 'd like to say, I will abandon this deck after no more than 5 games, although I played it 10 times trying to recover its TRUE POWER, which does not exist.
Proof of Legend? How many games were played? record? what rank(s) was this deck played on? I feel all posters should include this information in the post.
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!! Thanks 4 the share :3 !
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I've lost all my seven games (at rank 7-8) and I've played alot of Egg Druid in Wild (only made it to rank 4, but still), so don't really want to call myself inexperienced with these sort of decks. For some reason I'm getting raped by dragon priest (those taunts are impossible to get through) and I just can't build a board anymore without those Nerubian Eggs. Maybe some sort of silence or taunt killers?
Substituted 1 Argent Squire for Fandral Staghelm :)
Fandral feels too slow for this deck and there aren't many Choose One cards with synergy. I'm glad to hear if it works out!
I totally agree its a little slow but it creates a serious threat on turn 4 and there are 6 different cards that synergies well with it, making it a really fun deck!
Hey!
1) You can craft or disenchant cards from Naxx because that adventure is wild only. For LoE, you may only craft the cards from the unlocked wings. Same goes for BRM - you may only craft the cards of the unlocked wings.
2) For me that is way too slow, and Savage Roar is there for the attack boost already.
3) I tried Dark Iron Dwarf and Abusive Sergeant since the synergy with Living Roots and Arget Squire - it gives a bit more cotrol, but you might lose tempo
4-5) I haven't tried those, but take this deck as a recommendation and change it as you like :)
P.S.: I'm not the OP, but I hope that this was somewhat useful. Good luck!
It has been a really long time since I played an aggro deck with such a success. I played 5 games so far and i still haven't lost. sure the card draw is quite rare, but the deck is extremely solid and pretty fun to play at the same time.
I did make a video showcasing the deck and I really hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!! ( no i didn't mess up in the last game what are you talking about XD)
Sweet ass deck!! you really should try it out.
