The objective of this deck is to let Razorgore fill his board with eggs and keep the eggs from hatching. Once you do that, you just keep his eggs low while chipping away at his health.

You should be looking for a few things in your mulligan. You'll obviously need a 1 cost minion on the board to swing into an egg turn 1. You'll also want this minion to have more than 1 health if possible (or just have multiple minions). This is to avoid losing to a [[Cruel Taskmaster]] on your 1 drop and being unable to answer the eggs. The other thing you'll be looking for is a way to deal 2 damage from hand. As it happens, Razorgore will sometimes play turn 1 [[Frostwolf Grunt]] to protect his eggs, and if you fail to get through it immediately, you will lose.

From here, we are safe for the next few turns and are now working on establishing and maintaining board presence while also preparing for bloodlust. Outside of Frostwolf Grunts, you should not be killing any creatures here to prevent him from having board space. It's worth noting here that he will often make value trades with any of his minions that can kill a thing of yours and survive, so try and use removal and/or hero powers to get those down to 1 health. It's not a huge deal if he gets a value trade, but ideally, you won't allow him to get any. If he buffs an egg with cruel taskmaster, ideally you'll be able to silence it, but if you don't draw a silence within a turn or two, just kill the egg.

Going into his turn 5 (or turn 4 with coin) we enter the hard part of the match - the part where Razorgore has access to bloodlust mana and a full board of stuff. We are probably still cultivating Razorgore's board here to prevent him from playing anything bigger than the 2 and 3 drops he played earlier on, but now we need to be mindful of a few things. First, bloodlust deals 3 per creature he has, plus whatever attack they may have. Branching Paths and Crystal Power can help get you out of range. You'll also need to be mindful of how much you damage eggs at this point in the game. Because Razorgore can and will trade with his eggs in situations where he can't kill you, you'll want to make sure that his eggs never have less health on his turn than your stuff has attack. For example, if your largest things have 2 attack, don't set eggs below 2 so when they go up to 3 on his turn, even if they hit your creature the egg won't die and open up space for something big and scary.

Now you're almost at the end - Razorgore has just eggs left, and most likely a bloodlust has been cast - but you're not out of the woods yet. You're probably quite low after the first bloodlust, and now you're gonna want to do everything you can to prepare for the possible second bloodlust. With 7 eggs, he can deal 21, and each dragon's breath can deal an additional 4, but you probably don't need to worry about that unless you're at 4 or less due to how he tends to cast them immediately after drawing them. There isn't much we can do at this point other than wait, but there are a few things to keep in mind. The 2 big breakpoints damage-wise are 5+health, 19+ health, and 22+ health. At 5+ you no longer have to worry about dragon's breath, at 19+ you can kill an egg every turn to avoid dying to bloodlust (assuming you have the damage output to deal with the extra couple of damage points you'll need), and at 22+ you're completely out of bloodlust range and are safe.

From there, once you're safe you just need to play the waiting game. At some point Razorgore's hand will fill up and at that point he'll never play another card ever again, as long as you don't give him board space to play stuff. From here, just keep his eggs from hatching while getting in a couple chip damage a turn until he's dead. You can work out the math and try to see if you can get a faster kill by seeing how much damage you can deal before the eggs can hatch and kill you, but it's easy to make math mistakes and throw the game, so I'd be extra careful with that.

That's all for this Heroic Boss Guide! If this deck or some variation of it worked for you, give this deck a like, and feel free to comment and/or look at some of my other decks. Best of luck, and may you be lucky enough to not get double bloodlusted!
