This is my starting C'Thun deck. It is pretty cheap to make so it is a bit of a budget C'Thun.

If you want to put Twin Emperor Vek'lor, you could swap it for the second Blizzard but you lose some AoE, which could be a problem against those who like to spam low cost cards.

Also, I am not a huge fan of Sen'jin Shieldmasta but I couldn't really find any other good low-mid range taunt cards. 

I am very open to any suggestions on how to improve this deck! Please do comment!
