This is the deck Chakki used during Dreamhack Austin 2016.
Any replacement to Eadric the Pure? Another deathrattle maybe?
he can be replaced by more draw or a lower deathrattle minion. i replaced him with the 2/3 taunt deathrattle guy
I seem to have difficulties against mid range hunters with 2 savannahs and call of the wild. Any suggestions?
Dude, u take so many notes when u r playing.... wt r u wrintten? wt its use?
this deck doesn't do well with agro
:-(any ideas guys how to deal with rush decks with small minions and mage with spills lol
I like the deck setup but its seems it still need some tweaking
Really? This deck beats any kind of aggro and control deck. It struggled against double entomb priest and miracle rogue tho.
it is relatively common knowledge that this and the whole control paladin archetype beats control and has issues with certain value midrange and aggressive decks.
i'd say i'm around a 70% replacing just acolyte with harvest golem. rank 5-2 right now
It's a tournament deck meant to beat other control decks, not for aggro.
This deck has been a lot of fun to spin up myself. A few things I did notice:
1) Priest seems to always be a bit rough just because of how many effective removal effects they have. Pushing the hero power to dropping 2x tokens seems huge and force them to deal with that because it feels like they have the entombs to handle the N'Zoth plan.
2) Not that anyone is actually doing it but evolve mechanics in shaman feels terrible with the power setting tactics. Like I said though, like nobody is doing it really but I ran into apparently the one guy who was.
Its a really really cool deck and it takes a lot of thinking but is very satisfying. Its one of those decks that you really want to know what all your opponent might be playing before you do things because a lot of the tricks take correct timing which takes a lot of practice and experience to do properly (I don't do them properly yet lol).
yeah entomb is just terrible to play against.
Guys, I have a question, what is your opinion about the Humility + Stampeding Kodo combo? I just can't wrap my head around it. It just seems so odd that you'd be willing to have those cards in order to remove a single card immediately. Do you think it's worth the card slot the combo takes up? Especially since he already seems to have 2x Aldors.
Well the Kodo is not only used in combo with humility. A lot of the times vs Zoo, you can get rid of an Imp Gang Boss and Darkshire Councilman pretty easily while also developing board.
its not exactly just the combo. its also how paladin works with hero power and justicar
basically yes doing humility+stampeding is a 2 for 1 which doesn't feel great, but the kodo is also a very solid body, paladin get card and board advantage just by spawning dudes. you could think of every 3 dudes being 2 1 mana cards practically.
kodo also counters a lot of warrior shaman and zoo cards by itself which also helps.
My experience with Kodo is great so far. Killing Acolytes, Bloodhoof Braves, Imp Gang Bosses, Totems(generally Mana Tide and Flametongue) feels really good.
Is there any sub for Solemn Vigil? I'm F2P and I'm 3 wings away from it. Otherwise I'm pretty close to finishing the deck.
You're F2P and you pick the most expensive deck in the game to play : /
Well I've either packed/crafted most of the cards. Only two cards I'm missing is Ragnaros, Lightlord and the Solemn Vigil
solemn vigil isn't even standard in the deck its a flex card. acolyte, keeper, solemn, harvest golemn, and the new tauren with a taunt ant the ooze deathrattle all have been seen in that spot. i think its useful having/worth crafting but maybe not.
Any replacement for Justicar Trueheart? He doesn't seem to be core...or am I missing something?
