I don't have Arcane Blast , Forbidden Flame Cabalist's Tome. Still can I play this deck ? :D

I'm not able to get the babbling book and medivhs valet though

what would you recommend I replace them with?

its a tough one.. Yog is more fun, and probably will be played more often then archmage, but archmage is more stable. Archmage will win you more games then yog will and He can be used in virtually every mage deck. However Yog can go into any deck. Replacement for blood mage i'd go with acolyte of pain. Personally I'd craft Archmage over Yog but its really up to you.

I'd say Archmage if you mostly play mage, and Yogg if you don't. Even with the recent nerf Yogg is still really powerful. 

Another alternative is Sylvannas.

Replace Yogg-Saron, Hope's End in a reno-yogg deck? @_@

those are way 2 different cards and without yogg how can u even play mage hes in every deck

we have jewel scarab and conjurer and cabalist tome all of which can give us secrets

Everything that you have mentioned are decent replacements although I'd use something else rather then pyroblast. The one thing that is not replaceable is Ice Block.
