You want edwin if you wanna play rogue, not only in this deck. with the lost of value of owl, a few decks runs silences, he is strong in standard mode.
replacement for Tomb Pillager?
Because of it's deathrattle and the way it synergies with auctioneer it's one of the key cards for the almost all miracle lists. Thurassian might be a weak replacement for one but for the other i'm not sure.
Craft it. Its only 40 dust. Adventure cards are craftable now
i think thats only for the expansions that dropped out. else id have a thaurssan already but i dont want to pay for BR
Very nice deck. Got 4-2 at rank 5 and every game is funny as hell. I always have a chance to harass "wow" button :XD
Kobold Geomancer is sometimes recommended but you can't fully replace Bloodmage Thalnos. He's played because he cycles himself, buffs your spells and cheaply activates combos. It's a total value card.
Hoarder is usually more worth it than geo definitely. But ye thalnos is definitely best
I tried with a loot hoarder and it's okay as i think this deck needs more draw to get crucial card like gadgetzan or yogg.
I'd try Journey Below instead. Doesn't do the same thing, but it is a free card essentially, and more spell synergy doesn't hurt. Or instead of Loot Hoarder, also consider Undercity Huckster.
Thalnos is a really strong utility card, which can function as either spell power or card draw but he's actually really easy to replace, common replacements range from the typical kobold, or loot hoarder to farseer to taunt cards. Replace it with whatever you feel you need more of while you're playing the deck.
Miracle is fun but it can draw very clunky hands and has a heavy learning curve attached. C'thun priest is super straight forward to play and is currently very effective.
Personally I would have to say this is way more interesting than C'thun Priest and I have mained priest for the past years. C'thun decks seem pretty bland to me.
I saw this deck wrecks Kripp Old Gods' Reno Control Warlocks twice in a row at rank 5-6 on live stream, pretty sweet :)
Been playing this deck today -1 conceal +1 deadly poison,6-1 at rank 11-10. Yogg won me 1 game, every other game won before turn 8
I really think conceal is just too usable to end the game after getting a good board tbh
This is a good deck in its own right. Be warned its fairly difficult to pilot. The card draw is pretty consistent. Though it can be sluggish if you don't draw into Gadget or you haven't played Tomb Pillagers for the Coin. I have been able to reliably win with Gadgetzan under conceal. Another strong card is the tried and true Edwin VanCleef. He can win you games on his own because people aren't running a lot of silence and they burned their removal on your other minions.
Xaril is really good in this deck. The toxins are stellar for drawing through your deck especially the one that gives +3 attack. The shadowstep toxin is also good since you can use it for a heal or draw or another SI:7 ability. I dropped shadowcaster for the black knight since I've only run into druids of late.
Yogg should only be dropped if you're losing or about to lose. He can either win you the game, place you in a better position, or destroy you. Either option is fine since you were going to lose anyway. Might as well let Yogg decide.
It's a miracle deck. You place Gadgetzan under conceal. You then draw lots of cards and place cold blood on gadget. This is how you will win 9 times out of ten. The other 1 out of ten belongs to Yogg. He's your comeback mechanic if you're on the ropes.
irony when you say this and the person who built it is a competitive pro player who took all of this into account but understood the reasoning and then piloted it to top 50 legend ranks..
I briefly tuned into Dog's stream when he was at rank 168 Legend and he won 3 games in a row with this deck taking him to something like rank 60 Legend; it's a good deck. It's just not for newbies. The fact that you don't understand why conceal is in this deck proves you do not have the experience to make a deck like this work without doing a lot of homework; have you tried face hunter? SMOrc
