Any replacement for Vancleef?
Questing Adventurer would do the trick.
What are some replacements for Xaril, Poisoned Mind and Shadowcaster if any?
Xaril is nice, but not the most important thing in the deck, he can be replaced with a Journey Below, but Shadowcaster is more difficult to replace. I guess just throw in a fan or something and hope for the best, and then craft her whenever you can.
Play a lot of games. A LOT. Like most Rogue decks, you can't play a few games and know how the deck works.
One very big mistake I see a lot of miracle players make is not knowing when to play there cards. If you're vsing an aggro deck, don't be afraid to lose value on your eviscerate by using the 2 damage to kill the Dire Wolf Alpha, or if you have to, sap the Darkshire Councilman. Know what kind of cards your opponent is likely to play and try to have an answer ready for it. If you're going up against a priest or another slow deck, you can probably keep a Gadgetzan in your mulligan because the first few turns are going to be very uneventful.
Above all else, don't hoard all your spells to use with Gadgetzan, that's what will lose you the game. If you know they can't kill your edwin early and you can pull of a decent 6/6 or 8/8 then do it, because even if it doesnt stick, they might take a couple of turns to take it down and by then you're likely ready to unleash your Gadgetzan. Also Gadgetzan isn't your only win condition, Cold Bloods and Conceal on a aboard where you control a few minions is deadly.
If you're going up against aggro decks, swap Shiv for Fan of Knives, because a FoK+Thalnos combo at the right time might just change the game for you.
Don't always use Yogg, if you're winning then just leave him in your hand. If you're losing, unleash him and see what happens. Yogg has won me some unwinnable games in the past.
Miracle rogue is fun to play but very difficult to play well and that's why you'll see a lot of comments saying how many times they lost with miracle. It's got a much high learning curve and people who only play a handful of games and lose them all tend to just give up. I reached Legend back in the day with the old Miracle and 'm close to Legend again this season after playing new Miracle.
If you really wanna play Miracle, then remember you're gonna lose a lot at first, (which is why I'd recommend casual for your first 20ish games AT LEAST), but once you get the hang of it, you'll wreck face because it really is one of the strongest decks out there imo.
Another thing about playing Rogue is that you shouldn't dump useless resources into a VanCleef that you won't be able to potentially attack with. I've seen a lot of other Rogues do this before by using up tons of spells just to get a massive VanCleef, just to have it die next turn. Another thing I like to do is keep Bloodmage in hand for clearing higher health'd minions, i.e. Backstab for 3 or Eviscerate for 5. The tricky thing with Rogue is that every mistake is very costly, and each turn needs to be well thought-out. The only real way to get better at a specific deck is to just play it often.
I've been playing for almost a year, I don't play that much Hearthstone though, but I only play Rogue. I'm an average player, hitting Rank 10-9 in the last couple days of the season usually. One day I'll push for higher, but it's hard for me to stay that interested in Hearthstone to grind it out.
I've played this deck three times now and only once did I get an auctioneer in my first 15 cards. I've been playing mostly against slow decks but I can't imagine surviving through that with face decks. Should Fan be included for extra draw and AOE?
Is there a way to add Journey Below to this deck? You have a pretty high chance to discover Xaril, Poisoned Mind for even more Toxin synergy, and even if you don't find Xaril, Undercity Huckster is another fantastic care to discover.
You can cut [card]Yogg-Saron, Hope's End [/card] or Shadowcaster for it. They're both tech cards.

I am not sold on Journey Below but then I am set on the rogue legendary cards. I will say though that Shadowcaster and Yogg-Saron, Hope's End have won me games, granted those games were yolo nothing to loss when I dropped Yogg. Especially when I was able to Yogg and then conceal him, then the next turn go face (buffed to around 11 atk) and then Shadowcaster him and play the 1/1 Yogg for the win. Granted I want to say that shadowcaster is very much a tech card, but you can get it to work with Yogg, Xaril, and Edwin. However I am very interested in how it might work with Anub'arak

For most cards, the deck is still pretty good without them, considering there's always the chance that you might not have even drawn them.
Xaril is good, but he's no Vancleef.
Yogg is your main win condition.
No it's not.. Yogg is a tech card to help you win impossible games.

No, not precisely. It's a card that helps you not lose. Of course, not losing brings you closer to the win, it indirectly leads you to win, but it shouldn't be used (and seen) as a regular win condition which directly leads you to a win.
Exactly, Yogg is something you use when there aren't better options, since if you're ahead, there's an ever-present chance that Yogg decides to decimate you instead of your opponent. When you're already on the back foot and struggling to hang on, it's a coin flip that could either finish what your opponent started, or just immediately put yourself back in the game or win outright.
