Protect yourself as your devotion to C’Thun grows. Amass enough armor that your opponent’s efforts become futile before the Old Gods!
Any chance of a C'Thun replacement?
Jaraxxus
This is the greatest comment i've read in a while!
Blood Warriors is amazing also I replaced 1 slam for blood warriors.
I like having both Slams, but I replaced a battle rage for it, as you basically get the extra cards, but theyre (usually) what you want!
Oops I replaced with Block not slam.
Brann is a must in this deck!
I replaced -2 Battle rage, -1 Crazed Worshiper for + 1 Justicar, +2 Bash and it's working out pretty good so far. Thoughts?
The Justicar is great, if you find the game being drawn out. With this I feel like you're not looking to make it to that fatigue stage, but if you are, Justicar helps a lot. I'd take a look at swapping a bash for a Blood Warrior, it's great for adding the stronger minions back to your hand!
For a sample deck recipe, it's honestly pretty astonishing (ha). Changed my thoughts on Doomcaller actually which was a pretty big surprise to me. If you haven't got around to playing a C'thun deck yet, I really think this is a nice place to start to get a feel on how they work.
this is the sample deck from hearthstone... so did you make it or copy it? cause if you made it, good job nice deck list :)
You haven't played against the new DS paladin, I take it.
Care to share a list?
No Justicar Trueheart?
I dropped Doombringer for it. Maybe one of the Crazed Worshippers would do better for someone else?
From 20 games with Cthun Warrior I have to say I don't think Justicar fit here. Differ to what people think, Cthun warrior is not a control/fatique archtype but more of control/midrange. You don't want game to go to fatique since you are drawing quite a lot. Justicar is impressively good at fatique game but it's too slow and not a good body for threat. Your 2 shieldbearers are fantastic at stablizing already so Justicar is quite redundant. You want to use Cthun as swing turn and close out the game at same turn or some turns after that. Doomcaller is actually very impressive for me so far as it can be used as either removal bait, additional threat generator (i.e. kinda like elise).
I'm thinking about -1 Ravaging Ghoul for +1 Brann Bronzebeard. Is this too greedy? With my expectation, I'm sure to gain 20 armor per Shieldbearer Trigger, one extra Twins from the Emperor, and additional C'Thun buffs from all the cultiests, and of course, double C'Thun if Brann lives that long.
Also, if C'Thun is dead, Mr. Bronzebeard is in play, and I play Doomcaller, do I shuffle C'Thun into my deck twice (therefore not performing again with Brann) or is it programmed to add a new C'Thun to the deck (causing an additional C'Thun with Brann)?
Ok Thanks.
Yes if you have brann and put doomcaller it will give you 2 cthun also even if you dont have brann 2 doom caller will give you 2 cthun
Wait, so are you saying that if C'Thun dies once, and I play Doomcaller twice, then C'Thun comes back twice? And same with Brann? Do you have a source?
