After the theorycrafting I have done about a C'thun Bolster deck I have finally found some space to start using it on ladder. And it is pretty good!

Some people say that bolster isn't good. But I can ensure you, it is.
So the problem with Bolster is that you need to have a minon with taunt on the field. But only one? No, one isn't enough. I only play this card when I have at least 2 taunts on the field. And yes, a lot of times I have that.

Why C'Thun?
Twin Emperor Vek'lor is a nice combo on turn 9 to get 2 4/8's out on the field. So this card gives us 2 taunt minions most of the time.
Crazed Worshipper is a very nice taunt card + it buffs C'Thun.
Ancient Shieldbearer gives us +10 health for sudden survivability against aggro when those poor little facetards thaught they could finish me :'D

So yes, C'Thun gives us basically 4 more taunt minions to play with and has a very good battlecry on his own.

Update One Night in Karazhan
So the new card Protect the King! is even better then I expected. Guess my speculations were wrong about this card. I really wanted to use this card so I made some space for him. Now the deck can easily beat aggro :)
