Yea when you play alex it sets up that 16 dmg combo Malygos+ Frostbolt+Ice Lance. Alex is def worth it. 

Thaurissan ticks with Malygos and combo pieces (frostbolt dbl lance) = out to be 24 dmg on its own. Alex is probably not necessary. I do like him though in case you have to remove pieces of your combo for removal emergencies and he leaves a huge body... I'll have to try it multiple ways. Right now I've been doing a silly bit of getting Rhonin out and letting him die to whatever and then using thaurissan on the missiles for easy Malygos 24 dmg 0 mana. It's really difficult but stupidly fun.

Don't know if you tried it already, but i replaced dr Boom for chromaggus. It adds a little bit of dragon synergy and help with drakes and gives you more combo pieces sometimes. Been doing really well so far(but i mostly played against palladin decks). Great and fun deck tho^^

Chillmaw is often a good replacement for Boom in this sort of deck. An extra taunt that can blow up the board gives some more survivability.

Also for chillmaw. From what he's heard is pretty good against aggro. (but i don't own him so i can't really give my opinion on the subject)

This deck looks like fun, I have one question though.

Why the Mana Wyrms? The few low mana spells are meant to be used later in the game, so unless one can combine it with coin, it's unlikely that there will be a benefit. Why not use a more controlly early game minion, like Zombie Chow?

Looks fun. I'm at rank 4 atm and pretty bored with meta decks, so I may give this a spin.

This is nice! 6-1 so far. Fun deck and it works pretty well. Switched out the Twilight guardians for Nefarian and Alex. Nefarian is really nice if you have Brann on the board in late game. 4 spells is really nice and good if dmg i combined with malygos later. Alex for that turn-9-10-kill. Also with Alex and Nefarian there is two more BGH-targets so Dr. Balance wont be the only one.
