I was able to defeat the heroic version of Chromaggus using this deck. The key is to receive Mind Vision on first or second turn. Other great cards to pull right away are Shadow Word: Pain, Lightwell, Silence and anything else that will save you from taking excessive damage.

Once you have stolen one of his 2/3 minions, start to buff it up so that his spells (e.g. Swipe) are not able to kill it. Then put Shadow Word: Glory on it to give your hero 4 health each time it attacks Chromaggus or one of is minions.

A buffed up Lightwell is an added bonus. Use the Alarm-o-Bots when you have Kel'Thuzad in your hand, Emperor Thaurissan or Ragnaros.

ALWAYS get rid of the cursed cards you receive from him (green and red are okay to keep). 

It was his stolen 2/3 minion that ended up killing him. I had buffed it up to 29 attack and 20 health by the end. After trying with 25+ decks, this one I created was the only to work for me. I thought someone might appreciate me posting this.
