At 100 upvotes I will write a guide. lol jk i'm not trash.

This is a deck I have been working on since season 22. I have roughly 200-300 games worth of testing put into this. I now feel I have a list that is consistent enough to post on Hearthpwn. I was able to play this list to rank 9 and then stopped pushing. Most of the way to rank 9 was a win streak. I am confident that this deck is rank 5 - legend playable. I had a legend friend test the deck on the legend ladder. He played the deck for a few days and told me he went 20-11!

About me: I am a Hearthstone YouTuber who makes homebrew decks that use awesome synergy that people often overlook! I've never made a real push to legend with my work schedule but 2 seasons ago I finished at rank 4 using tempo mage and aggro shaman.

The deck.

Play this deck EXACTLY how you would tempo mage, let Kirin Tor Mage and Mad Scientist pull out your secrets to help thin them out of your draws.

Mana Wyrm and Zombie Chow are used to fend off the early game aggression from other decks.

Dr. Boom and Ragnaros the Firelord have extreme value and help seal the late game. They are especially devastating after opponents are trying to keep up with our tempo and use all of their resources.

THE FLEX SPOTS: In all honesty the 2x Zombie Chow is not a necessity. I recently put them in because people use aggro decks at the beginning of the seasons. But with more playing, i've realized it fits well into the deck even with the 2x Mana Wyrm. THE BIGGEST FLEX SPOT IN THIS DECK IS Jeweled Scarab. I have tried Acolyte of PainMind Control Tech, and Spellslinger. Any of these cards will do..but what's special about the Scarab is that its Battlecry often lets us pick a secret! That is huge if we don't have on it our hand while we are sitting on a Kirin Tor Mage.

Mulligan:

ALWAYS KEEP  Kirin Tor Mage, Mad Scientist, Zombie Chow, and Mana Wyrm.

It is okay to keep a secret if you have Kirin Tor Mage in your hand.

Matchups:

The big one: Pally secrets: I feel that I often win more than I lose this one. We out-tempo them crazily. Even if they have their perfect curve. What hurts us is if we cant draw our early game minions to stop Shielded Minibot and SecretkeeperCounterspell will win this game if played on turn 3 out of Kirin Tor Mage - Hitting their Muster for BattleBig Game Hunter their Mysterious Challenger! WE ARE ONE OF THE ONLY CLASSES THAT CAN DEAL WITH Tirion Fordring EFFICIENTLY! Find Polymorph or Polymorph: Boar out of Ethereal Conjurer for an easy play- if none of those cards are found use hero power then Fireball to finish it. If you can Mirror Entity their Mysterious Challenger....you almost always win. I have found that to be the case almost every time.

The other big one: Druid Force Savage: This is a matchup I love to find, they are just crushed. They can't keep up with us at all... like normal tempo mage. Make sure you find Zombie Chow or Mana Wyrm in the mulligan. Hold on to your Fireball to kill Druid of the Claw. If no druid of the claw, then save them for face damage.

Zoo: It's going to be a close situation. If we draw chow, we will most likely win. Don't even tell me about Ethereal Conjurer into Blizard!

Control/Reno Mage/Priest/Warrior: I'm not sure how we do it. But I ALWAYS beat the control decks. We are too sneaky with too many of the secrets. Let Duplicate and Effigy annoy the crap out of them. Then finish them with Fireball and Frostbolt

Face Hunter:  definitely the worst matchup, and it's not even that horrible. Don't attack into the secrets until you have board control. Find Ice Block out of Ethereal Conjurer or anything to freeze them.

Unstable Portal: I feel this card needs its own spot in this "guide". This card can wins games on its own as well know, it triggers Mana Wyrm and can do wonders. Here is footage I captured of unstable portal giving us a free win. Which is always nice on the ladder. THIS VIDEO IS CRAZY (and short!)
