This is a deck I have thought of considering the upcoming release of the standard format. The first rotation will not have Naxxaramus or Goblins vs Gnomes. This is one of the first decks I have created and appreciate any feedback possible.
Now, I'm still pretty iffy about writing about every single card, their synergies, combos and win conditions, and most experienced players can figure that out themselves. But I will still give a brief summary of the decks capabilities.
The deck is supposed to be an aggro/mid-range deck. With the goal of getting on the board early with cards like Buccaneer, Southsea Deckhand and Bloodsail Raider, and maintaining board control with cards such as Backstab, Eviscerate and SI:7 Agent. You will then attempt to seal the deal with cards such as Edwin VanCleef. Azure Drake is in there to buff your spells and refurbish your hand. Combo Preparation with Sprint when you're running out of juice
It is nice as a theory, but keep in mind that the new expansion will also be in standard. So I am sure there will be a lot of new cards to round out rough edges or become a power slot (a new Dr. Boom for example)
I think the fact that ships cannon is gone already kills pirate rogue.
I would get rid of a Knife Juggler for a Sprint even. The card draw is just too low for games that carry on.
Thanks for the feedback! If you could check out the changes I made
Extremly need extra draw.. I`d better play with parrot`s instead of Knife Juggler, and Kragg instead of Argus. Violet Teacher are useless here also imo, Sap needed, but nice idea anywere, +1
Thanks for the suggestions. Check out the new deck
