Oh my god, what a good time it is to be freeze mage in this week's tavern brawl!

For starters, the mage hero power has insane value on all one health minions. And a 1 mana Archmage Antonidas, Alexstrasza, or Malygos? Man oh man.

This is just a standard freeze mage list with a few tech choices to suit the 1 mana cost/1 health minion setup.

1. Card Draw: Acolyte of Pain is worthless at 1 health, so card draw is instead achieved through Novice Engineer and Azure Drake. Due to the spell power bonus of Azure Drake, Bloodmage Thalnos can also be removed.

2. AOE: Because most minions will be coming in with 1 health, Arcane Explosion has much more value than a slow card like Flamestrike.

3. Mana Discount: Because Emperor Thaurissan will only come in as a 1/1 minion, I've replaced him with Sorcerer's Apprentice, which will have both a faster mana discount (on the turn they are played, not on the next turn) and will ensure deck consistency as they are duplicates.

4. The Dream: Malygos and Faceless Manipulator, a 2 mana combo that gives you +10 spell damage. What else is there to say? It's an additional win condition.

Possible Tech Choices: It may be true that Archmage Antonidas and/or Pyroblast are too slow for this deck. If you feel that is the case, try substituting either or both of those cards with Forgotten Torch.

This deck may also benefit from more mana-efficient card cycle. While the draw power of Arcane Intellect is better than any minions (excluding Coldlight Oracle because it draws for your opponent, too), a pair of Gnomish Inventors may be a bit more useful.
