Just play it like a regular Patron deck, draw as much as you can, use the 1st wave of Patrons to push, it might work. Use crazy combos for the second wave for awesome lethals!
Loatheb may be good, and some people play a variant with Frost Giant for the Wargen. Experiment and have fun! :P
