Use Sir Finley Mrrgglton to get Steady Shot or Life Tap .
Use Earth Shock to gain board control at start (kill 2/1 with buffs like Leper Gnome and Clockwork Gnome) and pass the taunts (against DR decks Deathlord is our main councerne).
And try to keep your board full to use the key OP card Everyfin is Awesome at the lowest mana cost possible!

Replacements:
If you dont have 2x Hungry Crab (or not facing too much murloc decks) you can replace it with for Rockbiter Weapon or Knife Juggler.

Edit:
1x Lightning Storm instead of 1x Jeeves, as sugested in comments.
