Before everybody is yelling at me:

I'm a noob! This is the first deck I made and I play for only two weeks so everybody calm down! NOW!

This deck is very slow. I enjoy the strategic combination of cards and surprising my opponent. I moved with this deck rather quick from 20 to rank 16 and lost a few times while tweaking single cards in it. I also won against very strong decks (like Dragon Priest, Freeze Mage, Secret Paladin) - everything with a dozen cards that are too expensive for me.

This is how you play it:

1. What ever your opponent does, IGNORE IT! You are playing your game! Pay attention but never let him tell you how to play the game, e. g. when you have a very aggressive opponent, don't waste time clearing his minions. This deck is about building one or two strong minions that kick his butt when he is already certain to win.

2. This deck is very slow and lives mainly from the constant draw of cards. I removed a Northshire Cleric because they did not work out for me. Try to combine Acolyte of Pain with the Wild Pyromancer and get a feeling for all the different combinations that are possible to manipulate the health of your minions.

3. This deck is rather cheap - I play for two weeks, what do you want from me? I got the Cabal Shadow Priest from a pack. Feel free to use anything else that has the potential to destroy your opponents game like an Ironbeak Owl or another Silence card. Most of the time I use the Cabal Shadow Priest to remove defense cards when my opponent gets the feeling there is something going on. :-P

4. Against control decks: Try to build single minions that are too strong to be removed from the board. Control players will always try to keep the board clean. However with Velen's Chosen and Power Word: Shield this is easier said than done.

5. Against aggressive decks: Let then do their things until the board is full or he is out of cards. Then take over the game with Auchenai Soulpriest and Circle of Healing or Holy Nova. Once he is out of cards he is doomed most of the time. Sometimes is even better to destroy his defense with your silence cards and just attack his face with your buffed up minions. But try to get as many cards as possible and when you are unsure to play a card, don't do it. Wait for a better combination of cards.

6. Try to keep the minions within a range that they are no obvious threat to your opponent. A 1/7 minion is annoying but hey, nobody fears it, right? Once you drew a lot of cards you will get in the position of playing combinations of Velen's Chosen, Divine Spirit and Inner Fire at the end. Sometimes it is a good idea to play Inner Fire earlier e. g. when your hero gets under 10 health points and you need to clear some of the strong minions. But don't give anything about your health.

The priest can take a lot of damage and you can always heal. Every game I won was rather close, get used to it. You can use for example Light of the Naaru on your hero or even on your opponent's hero (with Auchenai Soulpriest). You can even use Light of the Naaru to destroy minions and it will still spawn a Lightwarden.

I have some ideas for different cards in this deck as soon I have access to them. However for now this has to be good enough.

Updates:

- Mogu'shan Warden
+ Oasis Snapjaw

… as people totally ignore that minion. Remember there are only 10 (!) minions in this deck. Care for them!

- Auchenai Soulpriest
+ Power Word: Glory

This card seems pretty useless at first sight but you can drive your opponent up the wall with it. When you combine it with a Holy Champion or theLightwarden and/or when you put it on his strongest minion. I even got people to destroy their own Legendary minions because it killed their game. One Auchenai Soulpriest is enough as you already got strong board clear cards with 2 Holy Novas.

This decks plays perfect against Rogue Mills - even if they have a flawless game. (I hate this crap so much.)

a.) No panic. Wait every turn to the end. They wanna play tedious, we can do that!

b.) Always count your cards and throw away everything you don't need, even if it is useless. Play all the small minions to get your hand empty and get rid of his snap/vanish cards. Don't play the Acolyte of Pain or better only play them if you can destroy or silence them immediately.

c.) Your key cards are Divine Spirit and Inner Fire. And you need at least one minion on the board. Good additional cards are Silence to destroy his defense or Cabal Shadow Priest to remove taunts like Deathlord.

d.) When they are lethal play every cards with at least 10 seconds pause in between and send them a "Happy Feast of Winterveil" before you kick their butt to hell! ;-)
