I didn't find another way of beating this guy besides from the ol' Kelthuzad-taunt-a-rino

What you do is stall for as long as you can until you can summon Kel'Thuzad and a taunt, from that point the AI will stop attacking your minions.

Then you just go face, you do not clear, you do not trade, just go face, you don't want your opponent to be able to clear your Kel'Thuzad with spells, and at one point his hand and field will be clogged.

At some point he had a 2000Atk+ taunt Gahzrilla that would just stay there doing nothing

 

I also beat Slitherspear with the exact same deck, you'll need to be careful though as curse of rafaam can go through your ice block. Also be careful when you set up the cheeserino as his 2 mana creature can destroy every taunt you have, except annoy-o-tron if you have it aswell.
