He swapped out Shiv for second Fan of Knives for secret paladin matchup. But he said deck cant beat aggro shaman consistently no matter what tech changes you make.
I agree with you! Think about it I tried to fix some problems that I found and wrote a "guide"... I'm shure that worth a chek ;) Just click here!
How important are Tomb Pillager and Bloodmage Thalnos ? I can get every other card but I'm missing those
tomb pillager is the reason why miracle rogue is back, bloodmage can be replaced by loot hoarder or kobold geomancer, depending if you want draw or spell daamage
Deck is great if you love being dead on turn 6.
This. Aggro just kills this deck. If Gadgetzan Auctioneer was still 5 mana.
If it was still 5 mana, old Miracle Rogue would be still alive))
and that would be awesome.

One of the best and most fun decks I've played in a while. Glad miracle is back. As for those people who can't win with this deck, you are very clearly doing something wrong. I recommend checking out Dog's VoD of when he played the deck.
You some kind of rogue expert now? lol
I've played this deck but I've lost countless times due to not drawing a single minion for the first 15 turns meaning I was dead before I could get to the combo or auctioneer.
Way too draw dependent.
Too much draw dependent, it is a torture to play this deck. I've been playing rogue for a long time and all these "you've got to be skilled to play miracle rogue" simply don't add up. All you have to be is lucky enough to survive for the pieces to form for the combo. And by "skill" i suppose you mean don't go face with dagger and don't backstab one health minions. So, versatility is nowhere to be found in this deck and there's just one win condition which is not enough in today's meta.
Congrats for legend with this deck.
I don't think that's correct. I had a lot of trouble when I first picked up this version of the deck, but then I started trying to win games without drawing the combo, and my success rate went way up. The skill comes in when you see an opportunity to win a game by abandoning plan A to just Cold Blood a 3/3 and stealth it, or Faceless a Tomb Pillager, or just go for a lethal Blade Flurry, or whatever. There's still luck involved, of course, but if you're sitting around waiting for the 20-damage combo, you're not playing the deck optimally.
It feels like a relatively high-skill deck to me, just compared to all the other Hearthstone decks. There are a lot of choices on most turns, and all the combo pieces can be used for different purposes. It's just that the bad draws are so obviously wretched, and the good draws are so thoroughly busted, so it feels draw-dependent. Most hands are simply playable, like with any other deck. It's not draw-dependent the way, say, Aggro Shaman is.
P.S. To the people with a vendetta against this deck, relax. It's okay for decks you personally dislike to be popular, and it's okay for people to have a discussion about it.
I think this verifies my opinion of Rogue being the class with the highest degree of skill needed. You need to always think ahead with a high degree of experience. Even when you have combos to be used immediately, your skill should tell you if they will be more useful and win you the game in two turns or so. Of course you can't safely predict that (unless you're against for example a me-go-face player), but it's an intellectual challenge.
There is a question however of why needing to go through such a complicated deck that on first glance seems awkward when you have so many other decks that are equally interesting and perhaps more rewarding in terms of wins, satisfcaction and experience. Playing Rogue should become slightly easier and not a fascinating but often masochistic experience only for the few dedicated Rogue players.
There are simpler Rogue decks out there. But the distinction of the class is that its cards are more powerful in combos, so if Blizzard wants to stay true to that idea, they can't put too much power in simple value cards.
I understand and I agree. The lore of rogues in general is that they have very high dexterity and thus the theme of constantly performing graceful combos is correct. But that doesn't change what I wrote & I still stand by it...
No Edwin?
"Edwin is a dumpster card 100% of the time." I will change this to say a swing card that will realistically work maybe 1/5 games. What I meant to say was you should not put Edwin in decks 100% of the time.
Because of BGH and hard removal?
Edwin can just easealy be a 3 mana 4/4 or 6/6 :/ i actualy dont see anything bad with that...
