Here is a simple deck I made in a couple of minutes and won on my first try. The idea was to give Rafaam some terrible synergy due to weapon spells while giving him quite a few rare quality cards to buff up the weapon you get which gets +1/+1 whenever Rafaam plays a rare card.

I'm sure there might be better (or should I say, worse) cards to give Rafaam but this worked really well for me. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Edit2: Took out the Vanishes and subbed in Sir Finley Mrrgglton and Majordomo Executus(as per rampage1007's suggestion)
Edit3: Replaced Cold Blood with Ancient Watcher. More Rare Spear action!
