Try to use Gang Up and Assassinate on a Sea Giant or Sludge Belcher.

Use Deadly Poison with Blade Flurry to do the minor clears. If the board is full, and you don't have Deadly Poison and Blade Flurry, or there are too much high hp minions, then try to use Coldlight Oracle with Vanish to clear the board (his hand will be full and all the minions get destroyed).

Use the heals as much as possible, Earthen Ring Farseer and Voodoo Doctor are your best friends in early game. Later, when at 8 mana, a combo with Brann Bronzebeard and Antique Healbot heals 16 hp.
