Lady Nazj'ar's hero power transforms every minion on the board into another one at the end of her turn.  Her minions transform into minions that cost 1 mana more than their previous forms.  Your minions transform into new minions at the same cost.  

Your goal is to turn her strength into a weakness by sending those more-expensive minions back to her hand, forcing her to overdraw.  This deck uses Vanish, Sap and Kidnapper to do that.  She's got a card that draws 3 and gives her 6 armor, so she actually helps you push her to fatigue.

Early on, she will probably play Mirror Image or Feral Spirit. Mind Control Tech can help get that under control, so you may want to mulligan for one.

Later on, Kidnapper is actually pretty solid.  Her hero power will turn it into another 6 drop, so you might get something very powerful.

You should use Gang Up on Coldlight Oracle or Antique Healbot.
