Shit is all about letting your opponent do his game and take over control by fucking with board balance.

I often even find myself skipping turns since this deck heavily relies on your opponent's board presence. You basically want to remove all his big threats while taunting up your side of the board and drop your Shadow Priests and other control mechanisms as soon as your opponent plays his smaller creatures.

Notable plays:

Shadow Madness: Since Harvest Golem is such a popular drop, this is an exceptionally mean card, since it allows you to steal a Harvest Golem while being able to immediately run him into your opponent's defensive lines so that it dies. You will be able to keep the 2/1 spawn after your turn since Shadow Madness only affects the initial minion you casted it on. This will often leave your opponent with 2 minions less on the board while you just got a minion. If you don't expect any Harvest Golem drops feel free to use it on something else, but it should be a 1 for 2 trade in any case.

Circle of Healing: A versatile card that can be combined  with an Injured Blademaster for early pressure (Turn 2 coin + Blademaster + Circle is a HUGE threat) or Auchenai Soulpriest for a big board wipe. Your opponent has 8 Ironbark Protectors on the board? No problem, just wipe them with Auchenai + 2x Circle! Circle can also be used for mass card draw with Northshire Cleric as long as there are 3+ injured minions on the field. But in most cases you're better off saving it as a removal.

Crazed Alchemist: A tricky card, but it might win you awards! I often use it to play around the Priest's lack of removal against 4atk minions. Crazed Alchemist is able to put that nasty Chillwind Yeti just in range for your Shadow Word: Death. It can also be used to put an Argent Commander into range for your Cabal Shadow Priest. In some rare cases you will find him useful to set up a finishing move since you will be buffing up your minions' HP while maintaining a low attack and then suddenly do the swap and finish.

BUT KARATEVATER WHY DON'T YOU USE REMOVALS FOR EARLY DROPS?

Because they are not necessary! Shadow Word: Pain and Holy Smite will only fuck with your game balance and weaken your mid- and lategame while crippling the deck's overall versatility, but that's where this deck outshines. You WANT a few of their weak minions to stay on their board until you can steal them. It's the core mechanic of this deck. You gain your momentum by fucking with your opponent's momentum. If they are rushing you just taunt up an Ancient Watcher or use the Circle of Healing + Auchenai Soulpriest combo. Rush decks will often take down big chunks of your HP within the first turns, but that's most likely not a problem, because once you start taking over their board and taunting up you will have the tools like Holy Fire and your Hero Ability which allow you to get rid of the threats they put on the board while healing back up. Never panic and try to take out as many minions as you can in one combo.
