Why would you use Arch-Thief Rafaam instead of Neptulon or Nefarian? They serve the same purpose, but Arch-Thief Rafaam looks like he'll be less flexible, due to his artifact using your entire turn.
The deck has neptulon already. And Arch-Thief i like more than nefarian because you can choose the spell you get and 2/3 are pretty decent. My experiences with nefarian are underwhelming. Usually get pretty useless spells like shield slam, deadly poison etc. Sure you can BGH both rafaam and nefarian but that doesn't get rid of the card value of rafaam's spell, 7 3/3s are pretty hard to deal with. You can add nefarian if you want, your call.
Interesting changes, and I am looking forward to playing the list here...once Arch-Thief Rafaam is unlocked
Cool! Thanks for Feedback!
yeah thats loyan's deck. I based this deck off of his a little bit, his runs doomsayers which idk how i feel about bc the aggro slowed down a bit. And yeah i think im gonna drop the twilight drakes but idk what for yet. Maybe a healbot and something else.
My 2c:
If you're running Brann Bronzebeard, I'd run Antique Healbot as your heal, since he boosts it AND you get a creature on the board.
Twilight Drake, even Brann-boosted, doesn't do much without taunt. That's why Handlocks run 2x Defender of Argus and 2x Sunfury Protector. I've seen a deck on this site that tries to follow a board wipe with a near-free Volcanic Drake, could swap for that if you feel you need the extra dragon. Though at that point put in another Elemental Destruction and giggle manically when your opponent starts to fill the board, because 1/6th of your deck is board wipes. xP
i think i might remove the corrupters and twilight drakes. For healbot and some other stuff.
