I like your idea, but I feel the Lotus agents are bad. I would replace them with 2 swashburglars, or even 1 burglar and 1 patches, or 1 burglar and 1 shadowcaster
I'll partly agree with ZBOZZ, as the Lotus Agents aren't really good, however, I feel like running one is fine. Rogue cards are supposed to be not to weak, and not to strong - a class designed with tight rules. Allowing them to fetch Shaman cards for "strong cards with a downside" or Druid cards for the various options are a decent inclusion IMO. Running two might be a stretch, but one is great for Rogues. I wouldn't really see it in the other classes as much.
Personally wouldn't use evis, shurikens, AND backstab in one deck. ---((Is this an old deck with alot of upvotes edited?))
Obviously, the recent comments before yours were from April...this deck doesn't look great imo, looks like it is trying to do too many things at once.
I agree with most of this list except for maybe the farseers. I get the feeling that the meta might slow down for once, and we already have the mistress of mixtures for some minor healing. I'd probably replace them with FoK's.
Other than that the new list looks solid.
Yeah for sure a tech slot right now, kinda wasnt sure what to put in so I left them as heals. I think fok might be a bit to slow, they are pretty meta dependant and were never played in the original tempo rogue back in beta, I think they are pretty weak, but great suggestion we will see where the meta ends up maybe murloc shaman will be op op, you never know

tbh, this doesn't look that it will work you will need thalnos at least and 1 or 2 aoe spells, or you will get swamped by zoo... double sap is a must as well...
Most of your deathrattle minions are weak, much better in the new set, and Anubarak is to slow...
Fan of Knives is really one of the only aoe option rogues have. and it needs thalnos a lot just to be useful, because zoo is running less tokens I feel like a better game plan is to get ahead on board and curve out.
Aoe is really a tech choice and because we have no idea what the meta will be like I dont see why I would include it in the deck list right now
Isn't getting ahead on board a bit hard with only two 2-drops and no 1-drops? I do think that Thalnos + FoK would be necessary to not get stomped by zoo, but who knows. Maybe zoo isn't even a thing anymore.
And i'll have to agree with our friend above about Anubarak. If you have the time to develop this guy on turn 9, N'zoth will most likely just be a "win more" play.

a lot of tempo decks function like that, rogue has no board clears anyway so
Why no Brann Bronzebeard in the decklist? It seems to have great potential in this deck with all the strong battlecries, notably Unearthed Raptor and the C'Thun minions'. (I hope no one said this, but I don't have the time right now to look through 16 pages of comments)
I feel like having a minion that slow is hard to justify because we do not know the old gods meta for sure a thought tho
If we get a solid deathrattle minion with taunt (not Infested Tauren), I could see this being a potentially viable deck.
The only drawback I can see is that it seems like it's trying to do too many things at once.

You really, REALLY don't want to ressurect Loot Hoarder in the end game with the effect of N'Zoth the Corruptor
There is only 10 deathrattle minions in the deck, doubt you would play more than 6 before turn 10 and have 1 of them be loot hoarder and block cairne from summoning. I do agree tho and will change that to a tech slot.
The problem is that the effect of N'Zoth is random... If you play good early game minions with deathrattle you might get them in the late game.
I understand what you are saying, it wont summon more than you play so if you only play 6 up to that point it will only resummon 6
