Still works perfectly well. Turn two SWP into Silence, turn three Velen's, then PWS, DS, IF, long story short I beat him up with a 22/22 staff.

 Extremely easy. I made some updates like Radiant Elemental to make this even easier.

Great deck. Ended up with 50/50 deathlord. Very easy and beat on first try after struggling with my own decks. 

Holy shit used [card]Shadow Word: Pain[/card] to [card] Rod of the Sun[/card] buffed it to 15/17 and won round 8 haha nice one

Second try. I couldn't draw into Deathlord early so I just stole the rod and buffed it into a 22/22 "beatstick".

 First try. Thank you. 

Pretty challenging and VERY RNG dependent so don't feel bad if it takes you a few times. I did about four losses before I got a mulligan that included a silence or a power word: pain and even then it wasn't enough. A huge problem is that if you don't drew Deathlord ASAP you won't have anything to do. Most of the fights ended like this. I would destroy the staff but have no minions left sine a large majority of this deck is spells. He does have 2 flamestrike and will use one on turn 7, so beware of that. This fight is also difficult as he holds two fireblasts and defenders of argus so right when you think you're gonna do 20 damage to his face he shields it and blasts you the next turn. The Phaerix also runs two Sunwalkers which means she is immune to both of our power word spells which means you need to waste a silence or swap to a card that can handle her. As another poster said this deck can really use some editing, specially since the Owl nerf. I'll keep trying but so far, about 10 attempts in now that I finish typing this, this deck doesn't work well, needs modifications, I'd recommend readers to try making their own inspired by this one.
