Hello there, my name is Joz. I'm a 2x legend player on the NA server. Today was the start of the new season, and I was watching Sjow use this deck on his stream, and it seemed like a lot of fun, so I thought I'd try it out. I swapped out a 2nd BGH for an Earth Shock, and so far I am at rank 11 with a 12-2 record, and I plan on playing it for a while longer
When playing this deck, I was surprised by its consistency in curving out well as well as its ability to maintain board control. The deck itself is filled with sticky minions such as haunted creeper, piloted shredder, sludge belcher, and sylvanas. The main win conditon of the deck is to control the board in the early game, create big tempo swings in the mid-game with reincarnate combos, and lock the game out with Kel'thuzad.
Having a board is crucial as it allows you to maintain pressure while at the same time setting up for huge reincarnate turns. Cards such as Sludge Belcher have Sylvanas have the stats to trade with smaller minions, and then be reincarnated for a full heal while activating their deathrattles. This can be devastating for the opponent if you have Baron Rivendare on the board.
Most games are going to be a hard mulligan for Chow, Creeper, Egg, attack buffs, and removal in certain matchups. The early game minions are sticky enough to trade with multiple minions and secure board control going into the mid-game. I have Abusive Sargent over Flametounge Totem because they fill the same roll, however, Abusive Sargent is cheaper, and most of the time an enemy minion is able to kill the Totem for free while the Sargent can usually trade one-for-one in the early game. NOTE: Reincarnate can be used on egg or creeper if necessary.
Cards such as Lightning Storm can wipe the board of a Secret Paladin or Aggro Druid, while Hex and Big Game Hunter allows for removal of their late game threats such as Mysterious Challenger, Boom, Tirion, and Fel Reaver (BGH can remove Challenger after and Avenge buff).
The mid-game is generally where you are looking to gain tempo with reincarnate. Shredder, Belcher, Sylvanas, Fire Elemental, and Baron Rivendare are used to maintain board control and hopefully swing the game in your favor. Baron Rivendare is great behind a Sludge Belcher. Even without Baron, the cards are great on their own and you can use Reincarnate on any of them to gain tempo.
In the end game, try to drop Dr. Boom on Turn 7, and if you have Kel'Thuzad for turn 8 with any sort of board you can usually lock out the game from there.
You want to maintain pressure so don't trade if your opponent will do it for you. This deck has very little burst outside of the attack buffs so make sure you maintain a board. This deck thrives on playing minions that are difficult to remove so use that to your advantage.

After reading a lot of the comments I tried making a deck that is more control-oriented and stands a better chance against aggro (sort of). I encourage anyone reading to check it out and see what you think. Thanks!
Fun Combos:
Turn 10: Kel'thuzad + Reincarnate = 2 Kel'Thuzads and you will most likely never lose board control.
Turn 8: Sylvanas + Reincarnate w/ Baron on board to steal 2 minions
If you are playing a Druid, you can reincarnate their Darnassus to make them lose 2 mana crystals.
If you want more burst, you can add Leroy Jenkins an on Turn 7 , play Leeroy, hit face, Reincranate, and hit face again for 12 damage.
I hope you enjoy this deck, feel free to try it out for yourself. I've been playing the deck for less than a day so I'm sure there are still possible improvements. If you want to suggest or ask anything regarding the deck or anything else feel free to leave a comment.
Good Luck I hope you have fun with the deck!
The description states Rank 11. I'm all for fun decks, and experimenting with them, but overall, Shaman is a very weak class right now, and a deck like this one will be a tough uphill climb.
I started playing this deck last weekend and during my initial run I was quite luck and managed to climb lots of ranks when I was intending to just have some fun. The deck still won many, many games for me over the past few days and I've had some of the most fun in a while playing Hearthstone with it. If your looking to push for Legend, I'm sure you could use this deck to do it with a few adjustments and some time, but if you want to just win games play Secret Paladin. Shaman is a weak class right now, but I feel this deck does a decent job competing in the meta.
How about Al'Akir the Windlord for some burst?
Try this one http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/360077-s20-reincarnate-shaman-2-0
I gave this deck a good shot, for about 10-12 games and didn't really have good results, winning only a few. It may have been a bad luck streak though, who knows. In my opinion, this setup lacks a little utility. You have to bank on getting the perfect start or key combinations on draw, since there is no card draw. When it works, it works great though and is super fun. From past experience with reincarnate decks, I would try and work in azure drake and a mana tide totem. I think a zombie chow can probably go for one of those, i've found its awesome to get one early, but too often do I draw one late game, and with no card draw, leaving me with little work around. I think another good compromise would be taking out abusive sergeant and adding in a flame tongue. Having only one turn to use your +2 damage can be damaging sometime, and it can be nice to have opponents waste fast removal on the flame tongue instead of sergeant, which is typically easily killed off from pings due to low hp. The additional extra damage from flame tongue works well for fast removal.
I have a few other ideas I would like to try out, and will probably do so here in the next few days. Just thought I would post a few changes I had in mind in case anyone was curious. I really like the premise though, reincarnate can be pretty fun and unexpected!
Thanks for trying out the deck. I posted another deck yesterday that was a somewhat revised version of this deck that I thought could work better. Here it is http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/360077-s20-reincarnate-shaman-2-0
Try this one out and maybe you'll find this one to be overall better.
No Sneeds. 0/10 Would not play again.
shaman is still no good
Wow that was a great observation!
Wow! So fresh. So new (/sarcam off).
Nothing new. Such and old. Add here Trupm's guides for basic-cards decks. That would be great!
Totemic and overload shamans are very strong now. And nothing else is needed.
In what crazy world are totemic and overload shamans "very strong"?!
shaman and tempo
2 word that go together as good as life and death
No, the shaman is still not playable
Like the deck but I'm having a surprisingly hard time with control warriors.
Yeah Brawl can be a real bitch
ancestral spirit y it doesnt nid it?
Replacement for Sylvanas Windrunner?
Probably Piloted Sky Golem would be the best possible replacement.
I see - in other words, a strong 6-drop with a tempo-granting deathrattle?
