Hello <3stoners,
I am big shaman player 2000+ games. I love pinpingho i have couple shaman decks, but this one is pretty amazing(rank 3) last season. I struggled with rush hunters/aggro pallies. Soo i trade spirit wolfs (i dont like the overload anyway)for healing wave and my winrate stepped up a bit. I wonder whats your opinion on it and i would love some constructive critisism. Thank you!
Hey there, I am not a strong Shaman player myself. You can follow Pinpingho on Twitch as he streams time to time and play mostly shaman
i would like to say many thanks for the deck. Because this deck resurrected the Shaman for me. Playing this i got success, and got 5 rank from 13 in two days! Shaman really works.
I like the idea of deck - minimum of spells and max of nice tempo creatures.
Scarab time! - Creeper - Zombie + 2 Scarabs. You can get from them what you need in a match: Ferals, Hex or another Storm
it seems to be slow doesnt it
good luck winning with shaman in 2015 ^^
Did you see what just happened to Reckful? :)
i'm missing Doomhammer zombie chow and Al'Akir the Windlord what can replace them?
doomhammer isn't really replaceable but also isn't necessary. Zombie chow however is very important for this deck's early game. windwlord is also not necessary. You can simply add more shredders, or Drakes or a earth shock, just anything thats solid minion. But you honestly cannot replace zombie chow. It is simple an insane 1 drop that has a 2 drop stats.
i have always wondered whether it is truly better to play Thunder Valiant over Mukka's Champion
for "Inspire" Thunder Bluff Valiant body (9 stats) better than Mukla's Champion (7 stats)
This is a pretty cool deck, one thing I noticed is that it curves out really well. Mostly due to the Totem Golem and the other small minions. I've found myself going coin Totem Golem into Zombie Chow more often than I expected. I lack Doomhammer and Al'Akir the Windlord. So I replaced them with belchers. It surprisingly works quite well since belcher slows down most opponents to the point where you can get a really solid board and buff cards quickly.
The biggest problem I've had with it is lack of silence, so I've considered cutting a Tuskarr Totemic in order to run Earth Shock
[card]Doomhammer[/card] with [card]Rockbiter Weapon[/card] its huge 10 damage on turn 6
Went 9-1 just now, I'm amazed (and I am not rly a shaman player)
I removed one Thunder Bluff Valiant with an Antique Healbot and the Azure Drake with a Sludge Belcher. Works better against all the aggro decks like face hunters and secret palas.
Does this deck is strong against various mage?
Or will what is a strong Sherman deck against mage?
I use the Google translation.
I've had some decent luck against mages with this deck. I think usually I beat mech mage decks, but tempo mage decks can be a little bit of a problem if they unstable portal out good high mana cast minions early on , especially with a coined unstable portal. For example, yesterday I went against a turn 2 loatheb and it was all downhill from there...
Deck aside, PingPingHo's attitude and personality is one of the best ones out there. He makes so many jokes on his behalf it's wonderful. Just saying. :)
I made a Shaman deck with a very similar play style with a full guide that I think counters the current meta a little better. Fell free to tell me what you think. http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/354736-s19-tgt-control-shaman
inconsistent deck to be very honest
other decks have much higher speed and this deck can barely fair against the top tiers
