Control still dominates the ladder!

I got the deck idea from Kolento's stream, I'm not trying to take credit for it at anyway ^^, I just piloted it to the top
uploading the list mainly because people are asking for it..
You can try it, yet I would not recommend. Shield Slam is a great removal, as control warrior builds up a lot of armor, you can even remove a Ysera with it.
Sheild slam is arguably one of the best cards in the game there's no way you cut that card.
Murders Hunters... Happy Camper here!
why though emp is for combos this deck isnt really looking for combos to much :D
Emperor Thaurissan isn't really necessary in Control Warrior, you usually play one expensive card a turn, or maybe a already cheap combo removal, making Emperor kinda pointless imo.
Emp allows you to sylvanas + brawl from hand late game (if you last that long) and take a ysera or something big (or leave sylv alive)
thats just one combo if u even have them cards in hand at time of emp is played personally i dont think its worth taking it but everyone is different :)
Definitely just one combo, but I can't you how many times I've seen VLPS use it to steal a Ysera late game.
Amazing deck, good job mate. It's very consistent and easy to grasp. Could you just give us some tips for Handlock, Midrange Demonlock and Control Priest though?
Just a tip on handlock- try and beat them before they drop Lord Jaraxxus, or burst him down a with a Grommash Hellscream finisher. If you try and drag it out, there's a good chance he will out-value you with 6/6's every turn... even with Justicar Trueheart.
I play quite a bit of handlock and the above is a good way for me to beat control warrior. i'm still saving dust for this deck, i've been wanting to play control warrior forever.
Face Hunters will get you low but if you can hang on until you can play Shieldmaidens and the like, you'll armor up out of killable reach and they will have run out of steam.
haha people here have some trouble with ysera i guess :D
I don't have baron, ysera or justicar, its going to be really expensive to craft them all but i love control war and always have, do we think that this will still be a competitive deck in S20 and worth me ripping my priest and shaman legendaries apart to craft what i need ?
control warrior is pretty much always viable, but I would generally recommend against dusting playable legendaries... it's just not worth the exchange rate and you'll want them at some point.
2 cruel taskmasters without acolytes is just bad. this deck proves that any deck can become top 1
I absolutely, absolutely disagree... Rag is not as good as he once was, especially in this meta of board spam, lethal combos by spells, Big Game Hunters etc. whereas Ysera can give you much needed cards at a late stage when you don't have many options, especially minions.
thumbs up<
any way to get sneeds oldshredder in here i like t=sneeds stickiness :D ( i would just remove sylvanas but that wins brawls so im thinking to remove 1 brawl for sneeds)
I have a question for you in the fast new meta where we have so many aggro decks would you consider swaping Ysera for Deathwing, as a sollution for her slow development and her varying value, that is dependent on which card you get from her in contrast to his entering effect?
How is Deathwing any better against aggro? He costs 10 mana!
