How can i replace Imp gang boss ?
u must craft it
I wonder how to beat CW with this deck ...
Since you (Savjz) deserved the win against Forsen, it's atleast nice to see that you're beating him at Hearthpwn :)
the version that i am playing at the moment on rank4 is the same with the only changes
- Mal'Ganis + Loatheb
- Kezan Mystic + Piloted Shredder
although i am considering to craft Mal'Ganis
Malganis is a pretty big part of any demon deck, so u should definitely craft him, hes great ;-)
Kezan Mystic helped me a lot against Explosive Trap or Mirror Entity I think it is worth to keep for one slot.
Also I do this Mal'Ganis ---> Loatheb like you do. This replacement is super effective to keep your zoo minions on the board and supply endless push damage.
Enjoyable and nice deck for ladder overall. Thank you Savjz :)
My deck from rank 9 to rank 7 ez 100% win streak:
(I'm more on the budget side of HS so...)
- Dr.Balanced + Dark Iron Dwarf
- Mal'Ganis + Loatheb
- Sea Giant + Dire Wolf Alpha
- Kezan Mystic + Flame Imp
- 2x Imp Gang (Don't have 2nd wing of BRM,yet) + Shattered Sun Cleric + Argent Horserider
playing a similar deck with anima golem (crafted it for dreadlock lol) instead of sea giant only cus i dont have sea giant. playing at rank 2. working well at the moment. disagree with me if you want but its working for me. try it before you say shit though
Crafted 2 legends for this deck spent 32 euro on packs :)
Please don't let me down :D
How should i replace Sea Giant ?
As to this deck, I've been playing something VERY similar to it and its done great. I don't have the time to grind to legend but a month ago I hit 7 without too much time laddering. Someone with time on their hands should be fine. Just keep at it. It takes about 2 solid weeks of playing a deck to become really good at it. You won't be able to pilot the deck perfectly from day one.
I'm not trying to troll here... But I just don't get the hype for this deck.
I've tried this Savjz-style midrange demonzoo in the past and I just tried it again -- it never works for me. I've always found this archetype to be WAY too slow. Too often I am outpaced by the aggressive decks, while I just can't pile enough pressure on fast enough against slower decks. If I'm going to play zoo, I find faster decks like Eloise's list with Enhance-o's to be much more consistent.
I think it's mostly the fact that Savjz got rank 25 to Legend 115 with this list in (under) 24 hours. It's a pretty standard Zoo list otherwise, but of course people sub out a few cards according to meta/their own tastes.
It's a standard midrange demon zoo list, but not a standard zoo list. Standard zoo tops out at 5 mana.
Which is sort of my point... These midrange lists don't work well for me. I find that builds based on the traditional aggro zoo archetype are more consistent. And if I want to run Mal'gannis and Jaraxxus and Boom, why not just play handlock?
It's just a list that gained a little popularity after a popular streamer made legend rank in a short period of time at a recent event.
There's nothing to really analyze here. Nothing to 'get'.
This was from an event where they started with a completely new account and got a certain number of packs or something then tried to hit legend in 24 hours.
Why be so condescending and pompous?
This list is almost identical to the midrange demonzoo that's been featured on Liquid's power ranking for about a year... The question I'm posing is what and how this deck is superior to a lower curved and more aggressive list, especially considering that I've had much more success, personally, with the faster zoo. And since this deck is in the spotlight again, I thought it was a conversation worth starting.
And YES, that IS something of substance to analyse, something to "get."
You're reading too much into my comment. I just honestly think there's nothing to discuss. If there were, your original comment would be gaining more traction. I will remove myself from this conversation because you seem to be reading condescension in my words where there is none, but genuinely, I don't believe there's much to discuss.
THIS. It's the best deck they could make with what they had.. 24 hours and limited cards.
Because its a control deck and REALLY slow?
