Hey guys!

I want to share my deck archetype of a ZooLock with some key changes. The plays are almost the same as a "normal" zoo, your aiming for board control and generating tempo to rush your opponent at the right time. If you are loosing your board control, you are able to come back with Dr. Boom or Mal'Ganis or a good working Shadowflame.. 

 

The reason for Demonwrath are rush decks like facetard or aggropala/secret / tempomage ...

The reason for Big Game Hunter is Dr.Boom (almost in every deck/ giants etc )

Shadowflame is obv. i guess :)

if this deck gets some attention, i will do a guide > mulligan and so on :)!

Lets start with the guide.

EDIT: Ah fun Cardchange ( thx to comments ) >>  Enhance-o Mechano instead of  Shadowflame! Try it out and leave comment with your results ! Greeting! Just to get another Playstyle, not a must have!

We got in general a Zoo Deck. Your aim is to get board presence and to tempo out your opponent at a certain time. Each matchup will be different to play, but in general boardcontrol > facedmg. If you start racing make sure you have all keycards in your hand. For example Doomguard to finish your opponent off.

Match Ups:

Hunter: Your looking for your early drops like Flame Imp, Haunted Creeper and so on..  You can also keep Ironbeak Owl to silence the Mad Scientist... Also you can keep Demonwrath [/card]if you think off Facehunter to clear the board and to kill of your maybe already played [card]Nerubian Egg to gain a bigger board. Also quite nice with explosive Trap btw. If your Game takes a bit longer (Midrange / Control Hunter) you can use for example the synergy Shadowflame on your Voidcaller to clear the board and to release Mal'Ganis or Doomguard. And ofc a good timed Loatheb can win you the game either!

Paladin: Your looking for early drops to gain your board against maybe a secret paladin?! The key to win is to clear all minions on board to survive the Mysterious Challenger turn on 6. If only mysterious challanger is played on turn 6, he will buff to 9/8 after attacking.. so an easy target for maybe Big Game Hunter :) If you loosing your board against secret paladin, you dont have to rage quit.. A good played Shadowflame / Demonwrath/ Mal'Ganis [/card] play will give you a good chance to come back :) If if its Midrange Paladin try to play some more greedy. Trade wisely and try to rush after you got a decent board presence. Try to hold your [card]Ironbeak Owl to deal with Tirion Fordring. Against Quartermaster > Shadowflame , use it wisely

 Shaman: In general i don't face shamans very often. If it is a shaman its almost everytime TotemShaman or the new Bloodlust Archetype. In both cases the key is to minimize their Board (clear) and to gain a good amount of minions on board. The main removal is Lightning Storm so play your cards wisely. Maybe you can use the removal for your Nerubian Egg? Start Racing if your ahead! Around turn 6-7 > Dr. Boom will give you another push! If it gets frogged.. ok but you can't play around.. You have other big stuff like Doomguardsand Mal'Ganis!!

Warrior: Patron > Your aim is to rush him down before he gets his combo out! Pressure is the key..  You can keep for example your Shadowflame for the Grim Patron on turn 5-6 or 8 and/ or your Owl to break his card draw with Acolyte of Pain. Board presence will win you the game.. Think of Frothing Berserker combo a good timed Defender of Argus prevent you maybe from dying. Against Control / Dragon you need to play greedy and don't forget about Brawl. Use your Nerubians at a good Time :) and try to Rush him down after you did fav. trades!

 Rogue: The Key is to pressure rogues and to hold your board presence. Don't give him a minion to Combo with ( Tinker Oil ) and the time to get all combo pieces.. Good timed Loatheb will help you to win the game :) In general its easy to say.. pressure and board presence against Oilrogue. If you facing Pirates >> Same case.. Its all about to get your board.. think of Blade Flurry.In some very uncasual moments your facing MillRogue.. >> Rush him down.. don't play your Imp-losiona good timed Vanish > Coldlight Oracle will cost you maybe the game !

 

 Priester: its a tricky opponent. Dragon / Control or OTK Type.. you need to pressure and hope for no good answers.. Don't go all in > think of Lightbomb on turn 6+. Keep your earlydrops and Darkbomb to deal with early threats. Against priester good draw! Rush at the right time.. Few Matches and you will learn how to play against priests!  gl! 

 Warlock: Against Zoo Mirror you try to get the aggressor part.. You need to pressure! Your Shadowflame [/card]and [card]Mal'Ganis and Big Game Hunter will maybe give you the important push to rush your opponent down! Cards like Knife Juggler or Dire Wolf Alphaare perfect targets for your Demonwrath and maybe your Imp Gang Boss [/card]on the field will not get any dmg! Against Handlock your aim is to Pressure and gain your board.. try not to give free [card]molton giant so dmg stop on for example turn 5 > 15 health.. so a molton  will cost 5 mana.. and its not free to use ! hold your Owl for the right silence > taunt !. Gl at racing!

Mage: Tempo Mage is a gamble!! if you are able to gain and hold your board, your chances are not small to win the game.. A normal tempo mage cannot deal with to many targets! Pressure him and go for good trades! Don't forget about the secrets.. ! Freeze and Duplicate Mage  try to get a board as fast as you can and start rushing him down.. ! Silence mad scientist or a doomslayer to improve your pressure..! Good luck and good draw! MechMages win condition are few minions on field.. so try to clear early rushes! Keep Darkbomb and your early minions!

 Druid: Its a good match up if your draw is a bit lucky :) Pressure him > make good trades and out tempo your opponent. Ramp druids are waiting for combo so don't give them time to collect all pieces! :) Against Aggro Matchups.. Fel Reaver etc.. > Board clear and Big game hunter will help you to get a good tempo boost :) Shadowflameetc !
