Hey guys,
this is my insane Inspire Paladin. I tried many inspire decks. This is by far the best working inspire deck I played. It can compete very good against the meta decks around.
While inspire decks are normally not that fast, this deck has a very strong early game with Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot and Muster for Battle. Fencing coach even gives you more speed making possible to inspire Murloc Knight on turn 4. Mukla's Champion turned out to be extremely strong because with this deck you can build a huge board out of nowhere.
The video of Khristophesaurus gives you a nice idea how it feels playing the deck. Big thanks to him!
Card explanations
- Zombie Chow: Inspire is a slow mechanic. So we need something to stabilize early game.
- Shielded Minibot: Same like Zombie Chow
- Knife Juggler: We can make dudes very fast with this deck. So knife Juggler can be awesome. Also with equality
- Ironbeak Owl: cheap and effective silence
- Equality: is very useful against Patron, Dragon Priest or Handlock.
- Aldor Peacekeeper: Can help trading more efficient against big minions. Or preventing damage.
- Muster for Battle: Great 3 Drop. Good synergy with Knife Juggler, Muklas Champion, Quartermaster. The weapon often helps to remove a minion on turn 3.
- Silver Hand Regent: Makes more Dudes. Gormok, Quartermaster, Knife Juggler and Mukla's Champion say "thank you".
- Fencing Coach: This minion is made for the Deck. Insane with Murloc Knight next turn. But also with the other inspire minions.
- Truesilver Champion: Very good weapon. Not much to say about.
- Consecration: Good removal. Removes everything with Equality.
- Murloc Knight: The value machine. This is what makes the deck so much fun. The opponent is forced to do something against this minion.
- Gormok the Impaler: Very powerful when you can meet the condition. But normally no problem with this deck
- Defender of Argus: Protection for Inspire Minions and for dudes when they get buffed.
- Quartermaster: Buffs your dudes. And you will see - you have many of them.
- Mukla's Champion: If you have some minions it makes your board much stronger.
- Nexus-Champion Saraad: Can win you the game with a random spell. Remember Unstable Portal.
- Justicar Trueheart: If you use your hero power often it's nice to have a hero power which is twice that good. Insane with Mukla's Champion, Knife Juggler (+ Garrison), Quartermaster.
- Lay on Hands: Because you use your hero power often you will not need that much draw. But Lay on Hands can help you often in late game. I won many games because of this card.
- Tirion Fordring: Just great. Best big drop you can play. His deathrattle is the real killer ;)
I don't run Dr. Boom because i have no bgh targets. If your opponent plays owls they often use them early against Murloc Knight or Nexus-Champion.
Mulligan
- Always mulligan for Zombie Chow, Minibot and Fencing Coach.
- I keep Garrison Commander and Knife Juggler only against very aggressive decks if I get no Zombie Chow or Minibot.
- If you have Knife Juggler with Muster for Battle in your starting hand you can keep both
- If you have Fencing coach in your opening hand keep Murloc Knight.
- Against heavy control decks you can keep Equality.
- With Chow or Minibot in your opening hand keep Muster for Battle.
- If you have Zombie Chow or Minibot, coin and Muster for Battle you can keep Quartermaster to coin it on turn 4. But I only do that, if my opponent plays a class, that can't deal so easy with dudes. Either way that's kind of greedy ;)
Thank you for all the upvotes so far. If you have questions, feel free to ask or share your experiences with the deck with us.
Have fun with the Deck!

For a more budget friendly version replace:
Gormok the Impaler - Piloted Shredder
Nexus-Champion Saraad - Piloted Shredder

If you like cool decks also check out my new Hobgoblin spell synergy mage deck called "Hobus Pocus" ! It also works great in this meta and playing it is a lot of fun

This deck is fun, as long as you don't run into Dragon Priest, Face Hunter, or Secret Paladin you'll win! To bad those are the only decks on the damn ladder.
So when I run into a secret paladin am I supposed to just cry and hope for the best? I cant seem to beat a single secret pally and that is by far my most common matchups.....
Edit: Sorry, dont mean to be so negative. I'm just a bit salty and honestly have no idea how to counter play them. I actually really enjoy the deck. Its a ton of fun in every other matchup. Im wondering what to tech in against Secret Pally.
Hey, while I was checking out your update I was scrolling through the decklist again looking at [card]Nexus-Champion Saraad[/card]. I then opened a card pack, because I was so sad I don't have him for his awesome inspire fun and guess what I have drawn... :D
Best day - let's playyy!
congrats!
what a great feeling that must've been!
Haha, actually the second time. The last time I played for golden Warlock and I really wanted Mal'Ganis so bad. When I saw one of my friends pulling a leg I had 100g and I went for it thinking about pulling Mal'Ganis and WOOOSH - the magic happened xD
Hello Roatschiss,
I have played this deck so much, it is a great one but with the super aggro meta and secret paladins I made some changes you might like. I dropped both silver hand regents for 2 defender of argus and switched out saraad for loatheb. They have worked quite well so far in this meta as I climb up to beyond 5. I have the owl over the coghammer, but cog could work maybe?
Actually I dropped Mukla's Champion for Loatheb and kept Saraad. Just because you're never want to overextend with dudes vs hunter and noone else will let you keep spamming dudes but Saraad can give you some unexpected options or even lethal. Once I Echo of Medivhed Tirion and Saraad vs Control Warrior, that was really nice. Also I run one Abusive Sergeant instead of Zombie Chow, I just dont like two Chow's and Abusive is insane with dudes, muster for battle and shielded minibot. And I don't run Garrison Commander, I think owl is too important for paladin, especially when there are so many secret paladins with BoK's.
P.S. Now at rank 4 with winrate about 62-65%
I actually am trying out a bit of a different route at rank 5. I took out both chows for argent squires and have no garrison commander but a blood knight in its place. I do love Saraad so maybe bringing him back in place of Mukla could work, as I have the 2 argus which have been game changing. I could see how Abusive would be helpful as well.
I love this deck! Please continue with the push to Legend!
flooding boards like never before. thanks for this great deck!
deck is shit in this meta.
Dont waste your time, either play secret or cancer crush varients with sylvanas or justicar
Was thinking of replacing Lay on Hands with a Kodorider just because I don't have LoH and thought this deck would be a fun opportunity to use kodorider, but without that lategame burst heal/draw will I be that disadvantaged? and if so, alternative suggestions?
Been playing it for a while now. Replaced Gormok with Shredder and Saraad with Warhorse Trainer. Only bad matchups are Secret pala sometime and Patrons.
The deck becomes pretty insane sometimes when Justicar gets dropped at turn 5 or 6 and you get the some tech cards followed up like QM and Warhorse Trainer.. On the other hand sometimes it misses burst, when you're not drawing perfectly. But thats the case for most midrange Palas and I respect this deck way too much for its viabilty during short & late game. It has options for every aspect in a match and because of all the free minions spawning throughout the game the board advantage and overall card advantage is very cool in longer matches.
Kudos for creating such a strong inspire deck!
Enjoying this deck so far. Love both justicar and nexus champion sarad :D
Incredibly fun deck, incredibly weak to Patron Warr :(
I don't own Saraad or Justicar, so I replaced them with Boom and a Kodorider and it seems to be doing good. Dr. Boom for a late game threat, and Kodorider for a good top deck card that might save me.
So I have tried a few variations of this deck given the fact that I dont have many cards like Quartermaster, Nexus, Justicar, etc. Right now its 4-3 with the last 2 games losing against Patron Warrior in a very nasty fashion.
On a personal note, Paladin is my favorite class so I would love to get better with it, plus i am still deciding which other 2 classes I want to go with at a later time and improve (I am between Mage, Hunter and Warrior).
Below is my variation of the deck, I am opened to constructive critisims, because lets face it, we all want to do better.
your deck is completely different and no longer an inspire deck. no disrespect. <3
PS not sure if the mechwarper would be effective here, given how few mechs you're running.
no disrespect taken. I just lack cards from the OP list, so I was just filling in and testing it out.
