Indeed, as I wrote before, Handlock is far more consistent than this deck, and just because is a constructed deck (that do very well in ladder) that fits this Brawl's mechanic.
This one is made only to enjoy this new Brawl, and also isn't even so easy to play: you have to understand when it's time to damage yourself and when you have to go and close the game. 
Today I managed to pull off some gimmicky tricks that achieve me victory (Sacrificial Pact to enemy's Jaraxxus, buffed Floathing Watcher with Hero Power, Wrathguard and Flame Imp, board always full thanks to Health difference..), and that's pretty fun to me, considering in ladder you had to play always the same deck basically.
I'm not doing so bad against handlocks, it's just depends on how much board clear they draw.

If you want a consistent deck for this Brawl I would suggest you to use Handlock; this deck isn't made to be extremely competitive (even if dust doesn't always mean effectiveness, look at its cost), it's just a different way to find some fun (and a different playstyle) inside HS, playing around Health's edge and still being not wrecked by every other decks everytime.

That's quite the point of this deck, I'm glad you enjoyed this! 

Also this, SP could really change your game if you target your opponent's demons; but just in case your opponent's isn't playing Warlock (unlikely, but could happens) there are alot of classic Demonlock combination in there to make it work evenly.
