This is the deck Zetalot, priest expert extraordinaire, hit rank #1 legend EU with on 21 sept '15. Stuck on #2 for a while, he finally took it after winning consistently, finishing it up with a winstreak past even handlocks and patron.

Note: The decklist up here shows him playing Deathlord over Thoughtsteals. The general idea is deathlords vs. an aggro meta, thoughtsteal vs. control. He was playing thoughtsteals when he hit legend #1, however (see https://imgur.com/OHIx6V8) - just hadn't updated the displayed decklist yet.
While, like any priest deck, it can struggle to take the board early, it does extraordinarily well at closing out the game - a traditional priest weakness - with lots of possible burst from Light of the Naaru, Auchenai Soulpriest + Lesser Heal or Heal, Auchenai + Zombie Chow, Lightwardens orHoly Champions.
Zetalot constantly changes his decklist, however, and would probably encourage you to do so too.
If you're missing Vol'jin, consider a Loatheb or a second Shadow Word: Death.

Posted Oct 20, 2015 (Warsong Nerf)It stomps on all kinds of hunters and paladins, zoo, shaman, and has good matchups v. tempo mage and (arguably) druid. Control warrior, patron warrior, handlock and rogue are difficult matchups, but otherwise this is just a solid control priest deck. If you're meeting lots of pallys and hunters on ladder, this is what you pick to ride the meta. It made legend #1; if you haven't seen it win, you haven't seen it in the right hands yet :)
