Spellbender does not work when secrets go off, the enemy has to hardcast there spells for this to even work. Not seeing this awesomness you speak of.

btw spellbender is paladin and priest killer.

many paladin have at least 1 blessing of kings. many times i took that spell with my secret while playing versus paladin. most of time paladins concede after that. i can count at least 4-5 games at rank 4-5

Sol far the decks sucks, I am about to lose a rank going 0-3 so far vs Mage, Warrior and even Rogue

so because paladin possibly plays a single spell, Spellbender wrecks them? come now lets be real here lol

this deck is not even close to being a meta destroyer lol this deck loses to so many matchups

this deck gets rekt in the current meta (period) face decks are too fast for this to keep up with. Sure, it's a "cute" deck but destroying the Meta? nah not hardly

ya it's better than mech mage and tempo mage.

Works for me also -> from rank 10 to 7 with 3 lost games. I use loatheb for Ragnaros, effigy for duplicate and ice barrier for spellbender :)

Can you make a replay of how you play it? I have super much trouble. Lost 5 ranks, I can see how this works but the deck feels super slow to me

You can't destory meta without Big Game Hunter

I managed to fall from 4 to 7 in about 20 games with this deck.

Deck is really good and this archetype of mage has always hosted top 10 legends from every season, you just rarely hear anything about it since it's so rarely played.
